Stick to the sale period for a great bargain. Clothes quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store today. I like how everything was organized, probably because I was there when it was not yet that busy (around 12 I guess). I want to try on few pieces and was really excited. I brought a coffee from Starbucks with me. I didn’t know that drinks were not allowed inside the store. When I was going in the fitting room, your staff (english speaking, Asian looking lady) said : “Drinks are not allowed inside the store” with a rude tone. She told me that I can throw it away if I want. So I did. I let this one slip. I then went inside to try the clothes but on my way out, I forgot to bring the “number” thingy, it just happened that she was right outside and told me “dont forget to bring the number”.
Point is; You should train your staff to be friendly and nice to customers. I also work in customer service so I know how you should treat customers. Regardless if its the customers fault. Yes it was my fault to bring drink, but if she told me nicely I wouldn’t even bother to waste my time writing a review here. Please teach your staff to be nice.
I ended up not buying anything eventhough I really love the tops and pants that I did try on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If lowish budget clothes is your thing worth a visit. Their collection is fast fashion with a hard to describe signature, crisp, modern, street, urban comes to my mind. Surprisingly my picky wife bought several items, and shoes there and she is happy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothe have great quality for price. Man clothing section is a bit small like in many other shops. I found the attitude of the employees at the fitting rooms annoying and disrespectful.
That the shop takes measures to prevent theft is normal but the attitude towards genuine customers should not be to look as everyone could be a thief.
If I choose to go at a quiet time the fitting rooms upstairs (men section) are closed and at busier times jeans on the table are a big messy pile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Will never order or buy again. Got an email with: “to return items: go to the store and bring invoice.” Had to drive 30 min and 30 min back and when we got there they didn’t let us return the item because we had to make an online shopping appointment. We didn’t want to shop... only drop of the return. It was not possible and they send us home. It was however possible to pick up items without an appointment...? Weird. I let them read the email and they agreed it was not clear, they were very rude and not helpful at al. Also the sweater was very bad quality, not like the picture at al and with a hole in it. Thanks for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Never received my package. I ordered a pakket which was set to arrive on Thursday. On Thursday i got a message that my aders information was incorrect. After checking what happened my adres information was correct and my package was wrongly sent back. After calling back and forth between DHL and Bershka several times i was told my package was returned to the company. Bershka said they couldn’t do anything and i had to wait 48 for a response. After 4 days i called back and they said I had to wait another 48 hours. Finally i got a response and they said i had to REORDER my original order. But for the inconvenience I would get 10% discount code via the mail. I asked to receive the mail so I could use it to reorder my package. After 2 more days they emailed me back saying I won’t be getting a discount code. I went to see if the item I ordered was still there and of course because they took so long to respond it is now OUT OF STOCK. Literally worst customer service ever. NEVER AGAIN.

In spite of the fact that the stores close at 5pm, one of the staff members at the front door didn’t let me in at 4:40pm and no matter how much I tried to justify him and tell him that it was just a quick purchase, he wouldn’t allow me in. I won’t come back here in the future and don’t recommend it.
