★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment this shop is.
Blokker has always been the shop to go to for anything kitchen or dining related but the shop in Grote markstraat seems to have lost its' way.
There are signs of the old Blokker but it is hidden amongst a lot of rubbish and it seems that whatever you went into the shop for they do not have.
I can't be alone in my feelings as the shop never seems to be busy when I have been in there but it does always look messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited blockers in den Haag Centre, below Xenos next to Primark, few steps from TK Maxx, to buy a rice cooker. I found one rice cooker and I was requesting for a carton to pack it and sought help from a salesgirl. She was thin and tall (about 5.7 ft). She was so rude. She said “I don’t have anything. Just leave it.” She didn’t even look at me. Such people in such an amazing store would just spoil the name of the company. The other salesgirl was short about 5.4 ft and she was helpful. But I can’t forget the rudeness of the other salesgirls. But I like the store. The visit was made on Friday 5 July 2019. Time: 5:45 PM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Young assistant asked me at the till if I was purchasing the correct size of the item at hand, it turned out it wasn't, he helped me with the swapping, etc.
The shop is well stocked, as usual with Blokker.
