★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The rooms are cold; the heating does not work as they want to save money.
- The service is terrible; I asked them to clean my room twice, they didn’t.
- The rooms are very noisy
- Asked for a cattle as the one in my room didn’t work; I had to wait for it for two hours
- Very bad experience, save your money and avoid this place.

On-site Gym, swimming pool and free parking are some of the unusual stuff in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a 0 star and I would put 0. I stored my luggage with the hotel including my backpack and one suitcase. When I returned to pick up my things, my entire backpack was gone. The thief took out my tampon and left it on the floor. Hotel side did nothing but asked me to report to the police. Hotel said they are not liable with this matter. Everyone must be careful if you still wish to book this Hotel.

The rooms are super warm over 23 degrees AND DIRTY!
The answer of the manager (super antipathetic lady) is that, if is not lower than 18 outside the air conditioning is not working inside, this is because the have some kind of green label (which is cool on the paper) but the reality is a bit different, there is no air in the rooms you can just not stay inside the whole night.
I really do not recommend this place.
And if I may give an advise to the direction, start to look for a manager that like her job and smile to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no free water, and there were someone's hair in the towels. Room was a bit dirty and one of the staffs was very inhospitable. Anyway shuttle bus was convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything clean, the salad from hotel Bastion's restaurant delicious, the people from the reception of Best Western just perfect, mostly the woman in the mornings and also the waiter of the restaurant of the mornings of the weekends and the driver of the shuttle bus, extremely kind too! Excelent rooms, good connected to Schipol airport. So couldn't have better experience.just wish the swimming pool was open :(

Unfortunately the first time I got woken up by the room above due to the hard flooring, twice and on the second stay someone left the fire exit open in the corridor which made my room really cold and uncomfortable.. (which of course I didn't realise until I left my room in the morning)
Other than that it's good value, the rooms are spacious and clean & the staff are friendly.
