★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place! Ever! Air conditioner is broken! Cold air in Winter! And 120€ room without free water, so funny.
Look at the response from the hotel manager below, how arrogant it is. Have you ever investigated with your employees, what's the matter? Your staff repaired the air conditioner for me, and changed me a room, which was useless. It was already midnight, 0:00 am. and I had no extra energy to change rooms and wait for your repairs. The staff member who came for maintenance was a newcomer who had been on the job for four days. Please acknowledge your management and hotel facilities, instead of directly complaining stupidly that I did not contact you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! Super friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was delicious, they literally have anything. The room was clean and tidy, also the environment and hotel was quiet which I liked a lot. Would recommend 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, close to the airport. They have a shuttle between the hotel and the airport in case you need it. The room is large and very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, and nice food in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay overnight. Room was very spacious. Staff was very helpful. Hotel also serves great breakfast which was needed for me considering long transatlantic flight soon after. Price was exactly as it should be for quality of service. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh, oh, oh. I love this place. Comfortable, nice rooms, shower with really hot water 24/7. The guys at the front desk are so nice and charmy. Have an answer for every question!!!
Close to the airport...but doesn't matter!!!

Great clean, big rooms with all you need: Great bed, good shower, smart TV, minibar, safe etc. Staff is more than friendly, really helpful and caring. Bar and restaurant are nice, serve all the drinks and food you need with high quality. So we recommend the Hyatt!

I felt so lucky, as the wonderful staff and the beautiful ambience of the hotel were so warm and welcoming, after such a long day of traveling. I will deformity stay here again should they need arise!! Thank you so much guys! ❤️
