Daraufhin erhielt ich einen angepassten Laufplan, welcher sehr hart war, mich innerhalb von 6 Wochen aber nach vorne katapultiert hat! So schnell war ich noch nie! Wenige Monate später konnte ich diese professionell durchgeführte Diagnostik sogar für ein Bewerbungsverfahren nutzen, da diese als Beweis meiner körperlichen Leistungsfähigkeit durch einen Kardiologen genutzt werden konnte. Gregor und sein Team sind hochprofessionell, haben einen riesigen Wissensschatz und sind zudem noch extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer jemals an seiner sportlichen Leistung schrauben möchte, dem kann ich einen Besuch nur empfehlen! Es lohnt sich! First I was with Gregor and his team to improve my running performance. I did a professional spiroergometry. I then received an adjusted running plan, which was very hard, but catapulted me forward within 6 weeks! I've never been that fast! A few months later, I was even able to use this professionally performed diagnosis for an application process, as it could be used by a cardiologist as proof of my physical fitness. Gregor and his team are highly professional, have a huge wealth of knowledge and are also extremely friendly and helpful. I can only recommend a visit to anyone who ever wants to improve their athletic performance! Worth it!
