L	Legi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut tolle Beratung und Bereitstellung der Waren :) Wir haben dort türstopper und ein wirklich tolles Bett gekauft, und sind von der Qualität begeistert. Preise sind gut und die Filiale ist sehr ordentlich. Ansich gibt es hier nichts zu bemängeln. Jederzeit gerne wieder:) Absolutely great advice and provision of the goods :) We bought a doorstop and a really great bed there, and we are delighted with the quality. Prices are good and the branch is very neat. In itself there is nothing to complain about here. Again any time:)

Das Personal war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Leider empfand ich die Moebel-/Warenausstellung als zu chaotisch und viel zu voll gestellt. Ich habe deswegen recht schnell meine Suche aufgegeben und das Geschäft verlassen. I was there today looking for new furniture. Since the company name is going to change and I am still unfamiliar, I had problems finding the business. The staff was very engaging and friendly. Unfortunately, I found the furniture / goods exhibition too chaotic and far too crowded. That's why I quickly gave up my search and left the business.

Zudem kontaktierte mich kurz darauf telefonisch eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin zwecks Terminabstimmung. Bereits heute Abend, kurz vor Geschäftsschluss konnte ich meine Liege dann abholen. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend, trotz der offenkundig knappen Besetzung in der Filiale. TOP !!! I requested a reservation on the internet earlier this morning and it was confirmed very quickly. In addition, a very friendly employee contacted me by phone shortly afterwards to arrange an appointment. This evening, shortly before closing time, I was able to pick up my lounger. The on-site employee was particularly friendly and courteous, despite the apparently tight staffing in the branch. TOP !!!

Die Beratung war eher unterdurchschnittlich die Angestellten haben einen wenig interessierten und noch weniger motivierten Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Service ist ein dickes Minus. Da waren die Filialen in Hückelhoven sowie in Geilenkirchen eine ganz andere Klasse, dort konnte man erfahren wie echte Kundenfreundlichkeit aussieht - tolle Mitarbeiter! Well sorted and clean but apparently no particular pressure to sell. The advice was rather below average, the employees left a less interested and even less motivated impression. The service is a big minus. The branches in Hückelhoven and Geilenkirchen were in a completely different class, there you could experience what real customer friendliness looks like - great employees!

Leider danach nie mehr etwas von diese Firma gehört obwohl versucht mehrfach anzurufen (Corona-Situation ist teilweise verständlich). Heute noch mal angerufen, jemanden erreicht, voll unfreundlich. Mein Bett wäre bestimmt an jemand anderem vergeben...? Wie denn. Ich habe aufgelegt und in Kalkar angerufen. Super freundlich, Verständnis für die Situation. Hoffentlich bekommen wir jetzt bald unser Bett. Ordered a bed in December. Very good help and advice. Unfortunately, after that I never heard from this company again, although I tried to call several times (Corona situation is partly understandable). Called again today, reached someone, totally unfriendly. My bed would be taken to someone else ...? How come. I hung up and called Kalkar. Super friendly, understanding of the situation. Hopefully we'll get our bed soon.
E	EWA_HD Cz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O jaki fajny naprawdę sklep szkoda ze juz się tan nie będzie nazywał tylko uzyskał naze JUSK ,ale można kupić tu dobrej marki rzeczy do domu i do ogrodu..polecam ja osobiście mam wiele rzeczy z tego sklepu i chętnie zawsze wracam ..na nowe zakupy ..świetna jakość, cena i obsługa..każdy problem lub informacja zostaję świetnie szybo rozwiązana..mają wiele promocji i artykułów związanych sezonowym nastrojem ..polecam polecam polecam What a really nice store, it's a pity that it won't be called anymore, it only got the name JUSK, but you can buy a good brand of things for home and garden here ... .. great quality, price and service .. any problem or information is quickly solved .. they have many promotions and articles related to the seasonal mood ..
K	Kevin Pretzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat ja jetzt einen neuen Namen. Wir haben ein Bett und zwei Kommoden gekauft. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und die Aufbauanleitung vorbildlich. Auch waren die Schrauben separat in Säcken mit Buchstaben versehen. Da hab ich schon ganz andere Möbel aufbauen müssen. Vielleicht hatte ich auch glück damit aber ich werde dort wieder einkaufen wenn ich was benötige. It has a new name now. We bought a bed and two dressers. The quality is very good and the assembly instructions are exemplary. Also, the screws were labeled separately in bags. I had to set up completely different furniture. Maybe I was lucky with it, but I will shop there again if I need something.
