★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn versnellingen deden het niet meer op de terugweg naar huis, heb toen gelijk Marc gebeld om te vragen of ik bij hem terecht kon, dit bleek te kunnen. Uiteindelijk bleek mijn hele versnellingsmechanisme kapot te zijn. Marc heeft dit, naast de remkabels en pedalen, binnen twee uur kunnen vervangen, waardoor ik gelijk mijn fiets diezelfde dag nog op kon halen. Mijn fiets rijdt nu als gegoten en ben daarom erg blij met de goede, snelle en vriendelijke service van Betabike! Een echte aanrader dus!
My gears stopped working on the way home, so I immediately called Marc to ask if I could contact him, this turned out to be possible. In the end it turned out that my entire gear mechanism was broken. Marc was able to replace this, in addition to the brake cables and pedals, within two hours, so that I was able to pick up my bike that same day. My bike now rides like a glove and I am therefore very happy with the good, fast and friendly service from Betabike! So highly recommended!
