One week later, got a second opinion from another shop that latex is actually very warm, which is in line with what people say on Google. I doubt if the sales knew little or just tried to sell an expensive latex matras
Y	Ying Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mattress and was promised a track-and-trace number for delivery. Never received it. The first customer service person we contacted blamed the delay on PostNL--we later found out that this was absolutely not correct as PostNL wasn't even the delivery service used. Well the mattress tried to deliver when we weren't there because we didn't have a track-and-trace number, and we aren't able to go to the pick-up point, so the only solution Beter Bed has to correct their mistake is for us to wait 2 more weeks for the mattress to return to them then they would send it out again. I find this unacceptable, but I guess this is what we get for making the poor decision to order with this company. Long story short, if you do decide to order with Beter Bed I recommend contacting them regularly to make sure that they're doing their job, otherwise you run a high risk of problems.
P	PC H82 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid beterbed at all costs. Delivery people blatantly lied about attempt to deliver twice because we’re not home (aren’t we ALL at home nowadays?) . We then called beterbed customer service and they basically told us to f-off. I think they’re allergic to customers. We ordered from Emma mattras directly, same price, newer mattres models and more professional and friendly service.

We went to assemble the bed to find there were missing parts. When we contacted customer service were told that we’d order incorrectly on the web..... this company is a total mess. Avoid at all costs. As an aside the bed order is very poor quality and has broken after 2 months.

Salesperson lied about delivery procedure in order to get us to pay that day, and central customer service were absolutely uninterested in helping resolve the problem this caused. We lost hours on the phone with several parties trying to find a solution and eventually they just shrugged and told us that it was our problem and that they can't even process a refund.

We need very Hard matrass, beacouse of my back pain, but in same time matras must be flexible. We are choose a foam matrass.. Consultant gave to us full information and answered on all our questions... Thank you ? We ordered 2 matrass and waiting for It after 3 weeks...

Then they send me the wrong elevations for another support. And they told me to send the right ones. Its been a month and I am still sleeping on the floor (with a matras ofcourse) I am trying to call customer service but the number isnt available. How typical. Edited: In the meantime i Have been helped with Customer Service. I checked the Ekomi customerrating and they said it was legit (they have 9.4 on the website) Previously I stated it was fake, but the guy from Ekomi informed me wrong. I still don't think this store is worth 9.4 rating. Im still waiting for my delivery, they couldnt promise anything

The online customer service told me to go to a branch to have them replaced, but the store manager came up with several non-sense excuses to not do so. Also very sad that neither the branch nor the online service made any suggestions or solutions to my issues. I am left with a broken mattress and 2 fitting sheets in the wrong size and didn't see a single cent back, despite my legally rightful claims. I will never buy there again and advice to make not the same mistake.
