β β β β β Wat een intens slechte service!! Na een bed gekocht te hebben die volgens de borden direct mee naar huis zou kunnen, hebben we weken moeten wachten op ons bed. Toen we hem eindelijk hadden, bleken de matrassen al binnen 3 maanden doorgezakt. De klantenservice is nauwelijks bereikbaar. En na maaaaanden mailen, bellen, langs gaan, vrije dagen opnemen om een inspecteur in huis te laten kijken naar het bed of om naar de winkel te gaan... Hebben we na ruim een jaar een nieuw bed. We moeten wel bijbetalen voor de matrassen, want iets voor dezelfde prijs hebben ze niet meer. En we moeten 6 weken wachten op de levering.
Dit bed heeft ons ontzettend veel gekost. Het bed was al niet goedkoop, maar vooral de gezondheidsklachten en stress zijn ons duur komen te staan. Wat een strijd was dit.. helaas moeten we nu opgeven en ons gewonnen geven.
Advies: NOOIT EEN BED KOPEN HIER!!
 What an intensely poor service !! After buying a bed that according to the signs could go home immediately, we had to wait weeks for our bed. When we finally had it, the mattresses were found to have sagged within 3 months. Customer service is hardly available. And after months of mailing, calling, going by, taking days off to have an inspector in the house look at the bed or to go to the store ... After more than a year we have a new bed. We have to pay extra for the mattresses, because they no longer have anything for the same price. And we have to wait 6 weeks for delivery.
This bed has cost us a lot. The bed was not cheap, but especially the health problems and stress cost us dearly. What a struggle this was .. unfortunately we have to give up now and give ourselves up.
Advice: NEVER BUY A BED HERE !!

β β β β β 1 ster omdat ik geen 0 sterren kon selecteren..... Lang verhaal kort: een duur bed aangeschaft (nieuwprijs boven de 4K). Steeds wakker worden met rugpijn en van BeterBed horen dat ze niets kunnen doen. Na van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd te zijn (klantenservice naar winkel en visa versa) hebben ze mij een aanbieding gedaan van 25% korting op een topper MAAR deze mag niet retour. Komt er dus op neer dat ik dan weer extra geld kwijt ben en als het niet werkt... jammer dan. Erg slechte service, heeft me veel tijd gekost en niets opgeleverd. De Bedrijfsleider werkt ook niet echt lekker mee (lees: echt niet).
1 star because I couldn't select 0 stars ..... Long story short: bought an expensive bed (new price above 4K). Keep waking up with back pain and hear from BeterBed that they can't do anything. After being sent from pillar to post (customer service to store and vice versa) they made me an offer of 25% discount on a topper BUT it cannot be returned. So it boils down to that I have lost extra money and if it does not work ... too bad. Very bad service, took me a lot of time and yielded nothing. The Manager is also not really cooperating (read: really not).

β β β β β Wordt via het WhatsApp kanaal niet gereageerd als je vragen hebt over een aangeschaft product. Knap waardeloos, want telefonisch is er geen doorkomen aan. Heel teleurstellend.
Will not respond via the WhatsApp channel if you have questions about a purchased product. Pretty worthless, because there is no getting through by phone. Very disappointing.

β β β β β BETERBED = BAD BED!
We've bought a boxspring from Beterbed. The mattress became sagging after only 5 nights. Not saying about the quality, their terrible service drove us crazy. We first called service center. They don't allow return and exchange. They will only send a specialist after 3 weeks. We didn't want to wait this long, so we went to the shop to talk with Beterbed staffs. But the sales there said they only sell, service is another department. OK. We waited 3 weeks, and the specialist came today. He saw the bed and said the bed is all right! But it's obviously not right! After a difficult conversation. He ended up with a report, saying our mattress is broken and we can talk in the shop for solutions. So we immediately visited the shop. You know what, the sales said the same, we only sell, service is another department. So after such a long waiting, nobody is really helping us!

β β β β β the older male employee (sales representative?!) is so bad at sales.. We were at the entrance of the shop and my husband realized he forgot his mask. We very politely asked from the door if they have a spare mask and the man (sales??) responded very rudely that it is our responsibility to bring masks, we never argued the opposite, and that it will be forbidden to enter without one. We told him he can relax and that we simply asked if he has one spare, loads of shops have. He said it is our problem and he will not fix it. Anyways, I went in the shop alone he was standing on top of my head checking if I might steal a bed or a mattress and upon m asking some details on the products he said he doesn't know anything further to what is on the card next to the bed. There was also a sale going on and upon my question on how long will the sale be for he said better bed doesn't inform him on anything, my guess is as good as his.. Bottom line he is terrible at his job and completely redundant he is a fully unnecessary cost for the company. Given his behavior I can only imagine he is the owner of this shop in this specific location.
