★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een service!! ik wilde een schuifdeur rail etc. bestellen bij Wild. Ik zou terug gebeld worden over de kosten. Een uurtje later de boodschap: als je dat bij ons koopt ben je veel duurder uit, zo'n zware oplossing hebt je niet nodig. ik heb even gekeken maar wat jij precies nodig hebt ,dan kan het eenvoudiger en kan je het beter bij de gamma kopen. Het kost daar minder. Zelfs met exacte product omschrijving en gecheckt of het beschikbaar is bij de dichtstbijzijnde Gamma. Super , veel dank!
 What a service!! I wanted to order a sliding door rail etc. from Wild. I would be called back about the cost. An hour later the message: if you buy it from us, you will pay a lot more money, you don't need such a heavy solution. I just looked but what exactly you need, then it can be easier and you can buy it better at the range. It costs less there. Even with exact product description and checked if it is available at the nearest Gamma. Great, many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hele goede service en snelle handeling, bij andere ups of dhl of post.nl wacht je soms lang in de rij of te druk, hier is het nooit druk, ook al van wel, het wordt gelijk afgehandeld, ook kan je terecht voor allerlei gereedschap of schroeven, net gamma maar dan bij jou om de hoek??
very good service and fast action, at other UPS or DHL or Post.nl you sometimes wait in line or too busy, it is never busy here, even if it is, it is handled immediately, you can also go for all kinds of tools or screws, just range but around the corner from you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 110 euro voor een slot betaald. Ik kwam er vervolgens achter exact hetzelfde slot voor 50 euro op internet staat en voor 70 euro bij andere speciaalzaken te koop is . Gebeld om te vragen of ik iets over het hoofd gezien heb. Antwoord was dat hij er ook 80 euro voor moest betalen (?!), en ik mocht hem terugbrengen wat natuurlijk lastig is als het slot al gemonteerd is.
Iedereen begrijpt dat extra service etc meer mag kosten bij een speciaalzaak, maar dit is te gortig.
Op een onvriendelijke maar wel vakkundige manier geholpen.
Paid 110 euros for a lock. I then found out exactly the same lock is available on the internet for 50 euros and is for sale at other specialist stores for 70 euros.
