★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte bestelling. Kinderen hadden zich verheugd op de berenbeker met ijs (die bij het kindermenu zat inbegrepen) maar helaas niet geleverd en geen gehoor bij de berenzaak.
Hier ga ik nooit meer bestellen.
Na het posten van deze recensie zijn de berenbekers alsnog bezorgd. Dat is wel snel en netjes opgelost. Bedankt
 What a bad order. Children had been looking forward to the bear cup with ice cream (which was included in the children's menu) but unfortunately it was not delivered and no answer at the bear shop.
I will never order here again.
After posting this review, the bear cups have been delivered. That was quickly and neatly resolved. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De friet was koud, de ketjap marinade smaakte niet naar ketjap, de bestelling was laat, de saus droop door het piepschuim-aluminium folie en de kartonnen doos heen, en het ijsje zat er niet bij. Deze zou zsm na bezorgd worden, voor onze kleuter. Maar de bestelling stond voor 18:45 en om 20:15 uur was het ijsje er nog steeds niet. Mijn advies: bestel ergens anders!
The chips were cold, the soy sauce marinade didn't taste like soy sauce, the order was late, the sauce was dripping through the styrofoam aluminum foil and cardboard box, and the ice cream was not included. This would be delivered asap, for our toddler. But the order was for 6:45 pm and at 8:15 pm the ice cream was still not there. My advice: order elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food especially for the price, unfortunately they forgot the forgot the bread but after a quick call they brought it within 10 minutes and even gave a gift for the inconvenience. Would recommend 10/10!
