De eeuwenlange en zeer rijke geschiedenis van Turkije heeft, naast alle andere levenswijzen, ook haar stempel gedrukt op de totstandkoming van de huidige Turkse keuken, die dankzij haar geschiedenis nu tot een van de rijkste keukens van de wereld gerekend kan worden.
De keuken wordt gekenmerkt door traditioneel op houtskool geroosterd vlees, salades gemaakt van de meest verse groenten, karnemelk en zelfgebakken Dürüm, het typische streekbrood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The value for money is bad compared to other Turkish restaurants. We ordered mix grill for two people for 48 €. The mix was also not very good and it is the first time we get one skewer (per person) with two meat pieces and two chicken pieces on it. In all other restaurants, we got a skewer of meat and another one of chicken. The taste was not bad except for the kofte (/burger). The salad and bread were fresh and good.
We have also ordered fries, but got the fast food thin ones, not homemade or at least a higher quality as you would expect in such a place and for the price (3,5 €).

Prices a little bit higher than the average. A couple can spend 40 -50 euros o more for one complete dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in Rotterdam during a 3 day business trip. Staying at the Holiday Inn Express which is 5 mins walk to this place. Very friendly staff and excellent service received on all 3 visits. Great atmosphere and nicely decorated restaurant. On each occasion I had the Mixed Kebab and the food was consistent and awesome on every occasion. Well recommended and Halal too.
