+/- 10 min aan kassa gewacht, niemand gezien.
Door winkel gezocht, achterin winkel vrouwtje bij een schap.
Geeft aan dat zij niet bellen, ook al is dit toegezegd; het product is niet leverbaar. Wij hebben aangegeven dat jammer te vinden, omdat wij aan het wachten waren. "Tja, dat is uw probleem" was het antwoord.
Jammer dat er zulk onbekwaam of ongemotiveerd personeel werkt.
Asked to order a specific product, would be called before the end of the week. Went by on Wednesday a week later.
+/- 10 min waited at the cash register, saw no one.
Searched through the store, female at the back of a shelf.
Indicates that they will not call, even though they have been promised; the product is not available. We have indicated that we are sorry, because we were waiting. "Well, that's your problem" was the reply.
It is a shame that such incompetent or unmotivated staff work.
