I’m not setisfied with this people.I leave there bicycle for repair.they told me in one week fenish.but pas one month and 5 days not any call.finely i call and said I want my bicycle back person said ok you can take any time.so today 10-11-2020 I go to take my bicycle van bear lestraat 87-89 I shocked no body there.shop empty.there I saw bord that closed.I called person he told me that we verhuizing mean change shop to Voorburg.They not informed me no any call no any message.then I go to take my bicycle Voorburg.this bike axperts people not normally.I’m disappointed.even person not said sorry.what is this?how they work.i took my bicycle after one month and 5 days who pay me which I spend money for using transport for up down work.He just told me that my bike parts not came even pas one month and one week.it is not normal.??
I don’t want give even one star but sorry without star ⭐️ I can’t send post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Bike Experts last week and brought my mountainbike for a big service. They call it Winterbeurt. The mechanic could directly advise me on the work that needed to be done. The service was fast and I could pick up my bike the next day. It rides like new again. On the top of that, the bike was perfectly cleaned and waxed. I'm very happy with the service they have provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my road bike here to fix the rear derailleur, and I was ready to be told that cables needed to be replaced, and this part, and that, but none of that: the gears were expertly serviced and fine-tuned and for a most agreeable price. Furthermore, the service was very friendly and the explanation of what was wrong with the gears was expertly to the point.
Just came back from a 16km test ride, and I'm very, very happy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up for parts that I needed. Provided the brand and type of my bike. Was told to bring my bike. Come by to drop off my bike get told they don't have the parts and it will take weeks for them to get it. Thank you for wasting my time. You could've told me over the phone. The repairman also berated a customer over his brake pads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!! After an overall service of over 100 euros the bike was returned in a dangerous condition and caused an accident, luckily i had a helmet on. The shop acknowledged the issue but refused to fix their own mistake and asked extra money for finishing the service (that i already paid for!) properly.
Save your life and take your bike to anther shop.
