★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bike shop in the Hague! Had a wonderful experience with them buying an electric bike and doing service. They lend a bike while doing the service, which is very convenient. Very customer-friendly with solution-oriented attitude. Always give choice, and flexible, give good explanations.
Just kind and warm people really. I still come to say hello sometimes when passing by))
When I need another bike - only will go there. Please be kind to the owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bike store/service ever. Very friendly and helpful stuff. I got all the help and support from Jan and Bianca to build my own bike, they let me use their tools. I have never seen this kindness before. The result is everlasting love with my bike :) Don't go anywhere else to fix your bike.

Recently purchased a bike from them and their friendliness and intellect of bikes defiantly made it worth my while. I was able to find the perfect bike to suit my every day needs and am defiantly looking forward to my next visit to the shop. Will highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or someone who just arrived in the Netherlands and needs some insight into how the bike system works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent bikes in Den Haag! Friendly service, good quality bikes, and good prices... highly recommended! We rented a couple E-bikes and received 2 practically brand new bikes that were well up to travelling 80+ km to see the tulip fields.
