★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been treated like this in a bike shop. The rudeness and arrogance were beyond belief. Wanted to borrow an Allen key for just one minute to adjust a saddle that was falling off. The guy in the shop said no, which is legitimate, but did so in the rudest terms, even though it'd have taken me or him a matter of seconds to adjust the saddle. It is OK to be busy and not wanting to help, but at least be respectful. Please do not bring any business to this place, the people working here do not give a #@€%& about other cyclists/human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a bike from another vendor online and faced some issue with the seats. One of the staff tried to help us, he tried his best but the part was unrepairable. Even asked us to come inside when it started to rain. Did not charge us a dime!
Checked out the rate chart, far more cheaper than the rest.
