★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend getting your bike here. The used bikes are way overpriced and not in good shape at all. I bought a bike and took it back for an exchange and the owner asked me to pay €75 to exchange it to a bike that was €25 more expensive. His point was that I had used the bike for ONE week. When I bought the bike used in the first place. Thats just ridicilous. I managed to get the price down in the end but I would not advise anyone to go here for service or buying a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, but... there was a lock on the wheel that the key wasn't possible to remove, even they said. The next day I went to take the bike back and somehow the key was missing and the lock on the back wheel activated (making it impossible for the back wheel to move). Was charged €30 for replacement keys.
99% sure it was them who took the keys overnight...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really bad experience with my friend. We got a bike with broken gears - only the easiest worked. We haven't realized immediately and didn't come back to the shop right away. After we returned the bike, we asked for a partial refund. Instead we were told we did it and we can be glad that the deposit is returned to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be advised - steer clear. Can only comment on their rental service - you get what you pay for
Chain came off bike but as it has a guard (screwed in) we were unable to access and fix it! Phoned the shop who offered no help - not even to borrow a screw driver. They honestly could not care less.
Recommend avoiding this place. Find anywhere else. Or just walk. Or maybe save yourself the hassle and throw your money in the canal. Or jump in yourself. Anything but here- you have been warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not entirely sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place. I had a problem with my chain and other bike shops could not take my bike on the spot. But a gentleman in this bike shop agreed to help me within 30min. The work was done very nicely and the price was good! I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine how you would feel if you found your bike in a worse condition than you deposited it in and were asked to pay 40€ for it. That's what happens when you come to this shop. Upon arriving at the shop after the agreed 24 hrs, the mechanic STARTS working on my bike, complains to me about it and argued with the pre pubescent teen at the cash register in front of me as to why a puny discount of €5 was being made due to my dissatisfaction.
All in all, AVOID AT COSTS unless you have money to blow. I was asked to pay thirty euros for a servicing(plus additional costs) where I HAD TO ASK THE MECHANIC TO GREASE THE CHAIN. That is the professionalism you will see at this establishment.

They gave a old tube tire and charged 60 euros for the same.
The tire was not good and I had to pump the air every alternate day.
