Zeker een aanrader om je fiets te kopen en/of te laten repareren! Nice atmosphere & friendly professionals. Very satisfied with the service they provide. As soon as you enter, they almost immediately know who you are and what you come for. Definitely recommended to buy your bike and / or have it repaired!

Hoefden geen afspraak te maken, waren meteen welkom in de winkel, werden vrijwel onmiddellijk geholpen, mochten op vier verschillende fietsen een proefrit maken. Kregen alle vertrouwen, hoefden onze sieraden niet in te leveren als onderpand. Het was plezierig om vier verschillende merken fietsen uit te proberen. Onze keuze ging naar een Sparta, fiets van het jaar 2019. Een week laten konden we onze fietsen al komen ophalen. We kregen een uitstekende uitleg over de fietscomputer en de accu, het zadel en stuur werden zorgvuldig afgesteld en de informatie over de verzekering was volledig en duidelijk. Uitstekende service, mooie winkel, prachtige fietsen. My experiences with the Bike Totaal Groenestein store in Hoogland have been excellent. We were eager to buy an e-bike. Did not have to make an appointment, were immediately welcome in the store, were helped almost immediately, were allowed to test drive on four different bikes. Got all the confidence, didn't have to hand in our jewelry as collateral. It was fun to try out four different brands of bicycles. Our choice went to a Sparta, bike of the year 2019. We were able to pick up our bikes a week later. We received an excellent explanation of the cycling computer and the battery, the saddle and handlebars were carefully adjusted and the information about the insurance was complete and clear. Excellent service, nice shop, beautiful bicycles.

Ik vraag of een medewerker die aan een tafel zit mij kan helpen, eerst wordt ik genegeerd, dan aangekeken en bij gratie Gods gevraagd of hij kan helpen. Ik rij liever verder voor goede service in Hooglanderveen. Been for the 2nd time and again bad experience. I ask if a co-worker sitting at a table can help me, first I am ignored, then looked at and asked by the grace of God if he can help. I prefer to continue driving for good service in Hooglanderveen.

Update: gisteren weer geweest en zoals altijd ook nu vlot geholpen. Weer een fiets gekocht uit het mooie assortiment. Nice bike shop and professional staff.
