Fietsenmaker is niet alleen een persoonlijk en klein bedrijf (met service en gewoon prettig en open contact) maar daarnaast ook kundig en helder over wat er mankeert, hoe dit opgelost wordt en wat het kost.
Voorheen ging ik bij een grotere fietsenmaker in de wijk, ook prima maar ik merk direct het verschil. Hier wordt met aandacht en liefde gekeken naar de fiets!
We now have both our cargo bike and my city bike repaired by Marcel. Both with a good feeling and a good result!
Bicycle repairer is not only a personal and small company (with service and just pleasant and open contact) but also knowledgeable and clear about what is wrong, how this can be solved and what it costs.
Previously, I went to a larger bicycle repair shop in the area, which is also fine, but I immediately notice the difference. Here, the bicycle is looked at with love and attention!

- ze hebben mijn netjes behandeld
- toen ik er aankwam vond ik dat ze iets duurder waren dan de ander dit heb ik ze verteld en het verschil was €2.50
- na dit gesprek en ze verteld te hebben, hebben ze mij €2.50 korting gegeven
- €2.50 is niet veel, bij mij gaat het om dat ze de klant begrepen en eerijk zijn.
- en ze hebben de fiets goed gemaakt
- ik zal zeker terug komen

- they treated me nicely
- when I arrived I thought they were a bit more expensive than the others I told them and the difference was €2.50
- after this conversation and telling them, they gave me €2.50 discount
- €2.50 is not much, for me it is about understanding the customer and being honest.
- and they made the bike right
- I will come back for sure
