Tevens ben ik netjes te woord gestaan bij eventuele op of aanmerkingen en werden deze netjes afeghandeld. De acculader bij de fiets was van een andere merk fiets. Gelukkig had ik thuis nog een reserve lader die wel werkte. The bike was delivered without a spare key. This cannot be added because this is already a spare key. The battery charger with the bicycle was from a different brand of bicycle. Luckily I had a spare charger at home that did work.

Ik kwam binnen de gedachten dat ik een slinger in mijn achterwiel had en dat het heel veel geld zou kosten maar gelukkig had hij het probleem binnen no-time opgelost voor niks want het was een kleine moeite zei hij nou echt super! Ze hebben gelijkertijd ook de slag van het achterwiel gecheckt en deze was na meting te groot. Na een paar uur ben ik gebeld dat ik hem kon ophalen. Keurige uitleg gegeven wat ze hadden verricht, ook de speling op de achteras hebben ze verholpen. En de rekening was zeer schappelijk. Daarna ook goede uitleg gekregen en informatie over eventuele inruil voor een nieuwe fiets, maar eerlijk advies gekregen dat mijn fiets nog keurig in orde was en dat dit de goedkoopste oplossing voor mij was.
