Mijn Sparta fiets die ik 2 jaar geleden gekocht had bij een andere dealer had een scheur in het frame. Deze dealer is plotsklaps verdwenen maar de heren in Heemstede hebben het frame geheel gratis vervangen en ook nog van nieuwe standaard voorzien.
Hier kom ik zeker een nieuwe fiets kopen.

My Sparta bike that I bought 2 years ago from another dealer had a crack in the frame. This dealer has suddenly disappeared, but the gentlemen in Heemstede replaced the frame completely free of charge and also provided it with a new standard.
Here I will definitely buy a new bike.

Good service? If they can earn you yes but if you have already paid the service is far to find .. I will never come here ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super goede winkel! Ik heb hier mijn fiets gekocht, en ik laat hem als hij stuk is hier ook repareren! Laatst was er van alles stuk, en met minder dan €50,- was hij weer helemaal als nieuw! Ze zijn er heel aardig en de service is helemaal top! Er staan heel veel mooie fietsen en accessoires zoals fietsbellen en kettingsloten. Ik kom hier gauw weer!
Super good store! I bought my bike here, and I have it repaired here if it is broken! Recently everything was broken, and with less than € 50, - it was completely new again! They are very nice and the service is great! There are many beautiful bicycles and accessories such as bicycle bells and chain locks. I'll be back soon!

Vrijdagmiddag laat bij Bikes 4 kids gebracht voor reparatie.
Ik had mijn fiets hier niet gekocht en was hier ook nog niet eerder geweest.
Allemaal geen probleem de vriendelijke eigenaar/ verkoper zou proberen de fiets te repareren zodat ik hem de andere dag weer op kon halen.
En ja, zaterdag was mijn fiets weer in orde gemaakt.
Top, fijn dat ik weer op mijn fiets kan springen en de kosten enorm meevielen.
My electric bike was giving me problems.
Brought 4 kids to Bikes late Friday afternoon for repair.
I hadn't bought my bike here and hadn't been here before.
No problem at all, the friendly owner/seller would try to fix the bike so I could pick it up the next day.
And yes, my bike was repaired on Saturday.
Great, nice that I can jump on my bike again and the costs were not too bad.
