 I don't know about NY pizzas, but the taste has really changed in recent months. Gadverdamme the cheese tastes bad, can't be eaten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze summerdeal: bij 2 pizza's zou je 2 bekertjes ijs krijgen. Ik bestel 10 pizzas in totaal en krijg er geen enkel ijsje bij bij het afhalen van de pizza's. Als ik na het eten bel, wordt er gezegd dat ik zelf had moeten aanvinken dat ik gebruik wil maken van de actie. Na twee keer bellen, komt New York pizza uiteindelijk 2 bekertjes langsbrengen, terwijl ik in totaal 10 pizzas heb besteld. Waardeloze, klantonvriendelijke summerdealactie!!!
Worthless summer deal: with 2 pizzas you would get 2 cups of ice cream. I order 10 pizzas in total and don't get any ice cream when picking up the pizzas. When I call after dinner, it is said that I should have checked that I want to use the promotion. After calling twice, New York pizza will eventually bring 2 cups, while I ordered a total of 10 pizzas. Worthless, customer-unfriendly summer deal !!!

Jullie pizza zijn zo droog geworden dat jullie pizza doos zo schoon blijft alsof er geen pizza in heeft gezeten. gebruiken jullie geen olie meer???? Nu ga ik liever naar Dominos of Papa J!
Last few weeks your pizza has gone really bad, Dry, hard but warm enough. So somewhere something is different than before. Your pizza has become so dry that your pizza box remains as clean as if there was no pizza in it. do you not use oil anymore? Now I'd rather go to Dominos or Papa J!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was net ok maar er zaterdag een haar in, en de randen waren niet met knoflook zoals op de website stond. Na bellen zou ik een voucher krijgen op mijn email (nooit gekregen!). Ruilen van de pizza kon niet want ik had al een hap genomen. Of ik voortaan eerst kon kijken of er haren op zaten!!
Pizza was just ok but had a hair in it, and the edges were not with garlic as stated on the website. After calling I would receive a voucher on my email (never received!). I couldn't exchange the pizza because I had already taken a bite. If I could see if there were hairs on it first!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered the day before 2 pizza for 10 euros and the place is 100 meters from the Airbnb where is stay. Today i ordered by phone and ordered the same pizzas and they asked for the adress. At the end they did not tell me the price. Now I pay 10 euros as pizza prices are double for delivery. As I complained in the place they told me I should have rejected the delivery. There was no word that this will increase the price. I would have rejected if they would have told me the double price. I think this is not fair. The manager just said bad luck why you paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried both new york and domino's in the erea and this is by far the best new Yorker in the region. always a good service the pizza's are crispy but not dry. the toppings here are pretty good as well never overdoing it nor putting way to less on the pizza's.
