Wat een ervaring! Dacht atijd dat yoga voor 'suffe' dames was maar ben helemaal om. Heerlijk! Daag jezelf uit en probeer het ook een keer!
What an experience! I always thought yoga was for 'drowsy' ladies, but I'm all over it. Delicious! Challenge yourself and give it a try too!

Amazing yoga centre, with great personality and staff - located quite close to the city centre and the class schedule makes it possible to attend even with a busy working hours. But it would be weird not to love it considering how much they made me sweat... =)

Money grabbing, fake-friendly place. Little solidarity unless you pay premium. The teachers and facilities are clean and professional, but lessons are boring. Overall bad feeling. Also consider that the founder of this Bikram franchise Bikram Choudhury is a rapist and makes copyright claims on a tradition that is thousands of years old. Consider whether this is an institution that you wish to support.

Francesca is great! Loved vacationing in the Netherlands for a week and trying out the €20 euro for 10 day pass. Great studio. Good vibes. Classes offered in English and Dutch.

I've been coming here for 6 years and it's my favourite yoga school. Here are some reasons why this place is so great: - The heat: being warmed up while practising yoga is safer and it also feels amazing - The structure: Doing the same sequence every time allows you to perfect your technique and focus on small details. When the postures change every class - as in most other schools - it can feel chaotic and is much harder to improve. Also as someone who is anxiety-prone, knowing the sequence in advance helps me to feel calm. - 90 minute classes: Gives your body and mind enough time to relax, switch off from daily stresses, and feel connected with yourself. Shorter classes are not so meditative and often feel rushed. - Two sets of most postures: Allows the body to become more open and again to practise your technique - if you mess up the first time you get a second chance and can learn from the repetition - The teachers: Are kind without crossing personal boundaries. They learn everyone's name and give personal feedback so you feel like they care. Sometimes they demonstrate the postures too which is helpful for learning (and inspirational) - i wish they would do more of this. - The facilities: nice big yoga room, the floors are regularly cleaned and hygienic, the yoga mats don't smell of 1000 sweaty armpits as i have experienced in other hot yoga schools (and you don't have to clean them yourself after class). - Flexible schedule: The room is so big that you don't need to book classes in advance and can decide spontaneously if you want to come. Also multiple classes per day makes it easy to fit in a daily class with the rest of your schedule. - Mirrors: you can self-correct your alignments making the practise (MUCH) safer - Modifications: It's always ok to adjust the postures to fit with your own body and biomechanics, including injuries and pregnancy. Sometimes you might need to consult with a physiotherapist outside the yoga school for the best way to do this.

Great class!! Rose Marie was a great guiding the practice. Always attentive to the students and giving corrections and tips. Plus The garden to chill after the practice is really nice.

Cancellation policy is not handy. It’s a group classes, not private. As answer to your comment below, Marco, I do understand it’s covid and you do need to have cancellation policy. But it is hot yoga, not usual yoga, and sometimes people don’t feel good enough before the lesson. It’s 90 min in hot environment after all. And when you wake up, let’s say at 9 am, and you have a class at 6 pm, you no longer can cancel for free. So I think it’s unfair, and since it is a group lesson, not private, there is little to no influence on your classes.
