Whether you are a brand new or advanced yogi, we have something for you. Our classes have options for all levels and we recommend new yogis to start with our Hot Fusion or Core Flow classes. On arrival, feel free to let your teacher know of any condition or injury you would like them to be aware of. You will probably get sweaty, so bring water, a towel and wear breathable clothing that will allow you to rock on your mat!

R	Rogier Maaten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze studio is fantastisch. De lessen zijn uitdagend, de trainers zijn heel erg goed en de sfeer is erg prettig. This studio is fantastic. The lessons are challenging, the trainers are very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Super fijne plek, atmosfeer, akoestiek, licht, geur, geluid etc etc. Dit is echt een plek waar je helemaal in de les kan zakken zonder afleiding van buitenaf. Bij andere locaties zeggen ze vaak 'dat hoort ook bij mindful: je niet laten afleiden door geluiden van buiten'. True. Maar hoe heerlijk is een compleet afgesloten ruimte waar je je helemaal over kan geven aan de les? Dat kan hier! (Linnaeusstraat Amsterdam ook een aanrader: daar kwam ik voor het eerst 'in contact met' Equal Yog) :) Highly recommended! Super nice place, atmosphere, acoustics, light, smell, sound etc etc. This is really a place where you can completely sink into the lesson without distraction from outside. At other locations they often say 'that's part of being mindful: don't be distracted by outside noises'. true. But how wonderful is a completely enclosed space where you can completely surrender to the lesson? That's possible here! (Linnaeusstraat Amsterdam also recommended: that's where I first came into contact with Equal Yog) :)

De Yin is warm maar niet te warm, en de ruimte is donker met weinig (kaars)licht, wat echt heerlijk is voor deze les. Kom zeker terug! Wonderful Yin lesson done, very nice atmosphere with all facilities clean and neatly marked. The Yin is warm but not too warm, and the room is dark with little (candle) light, which is really great for this class. Definitely come back!

Ga dan voor de barre classes, core power en strong flow. Wil je gewoon lekker bewegen? Dan is de core flow chill. En op donderdagavond sluit je af met een rustige yin les :) ook echt fantastisch dat de zaal zo lekker warm maar niet te heet is; in deze grauwe Nederlandse winter lijkt dit net een vakantieoord midden in hartje Utrecht ! Very nice yoga place! As a fanatic athlete, I love that you can come here for both intense and quiet classes. Do you want to challenge yourself? Then go for the barre classes, core power and strong flow. Do you just want to move? Then the core flow is chill. And on Thursday evening you close with a quiet yin lesson :) Also really fantastic that the room is so nice and warm but not too hot; in this gray Dutch winter, this looks like a holiday resort in the heart of Utrecht!

The Yin classes are heavenly. Warm, but not too hot. I definitely recommend Equal Yin in order to prevent/recover from burn-out. These classes play a huge role in my own recovery. I have an unlimited monthly subscription and attend a Yin class 3-4 times a week. No matter how I am feeling before class, afterwards I always feel better, both physically and mentally!
