Pretty pricey for what was offered/available. While we understand the restrictions due to COVID, we have excluded those from our evaluation: - The interior is worn. Not only applicable to the carpets, but everything is of a plastic imitation-wood-look. - The room was not properly dusted (see picture, but you can't properly see all the dust due to the lighting), it lacked several items (no toilet brush, no soap dispenser in toilet, no towel rack, no stationary items etc.) - Breakfast was very limited. Dinner as well, no vegan options and very limited/restricted vegetarian option, with no alternative available. That combined with the high price and auto-added service fee does not sit well - The pool is supposed to be restricted due to COVID to only be for 4 people max, but there were non-stop children and their parents from outside the hotel attending swimming lessons. We have no issues with the children etc., but more on the restrictions that are one-sided. - The sauna, Turkish sauna and showers were barely holding on, very dilapidated - Personnel was as accommodating as can be expected during these strange times

Hotel was clean, room was nice. With a nice balcony! The bathroom had a very small corridor. I am avarage size and height, but bumped a few times against the glass from the shower whilst using the sink. Something I missed was a water bottle. It has been long since I have visited a hotel that did not have a complementary weather bottle. The hotel was busy so they offered breakfast in shifts which you had to choose the day before. Somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel is really well located if you want to be by the beach. The staff is friendly and nice. The food is delicious! The bed was very comfortable. Although there's some drawbacks: I had an issue in the room and I called the reception desk, they said they'll be upstairs in ten minutes. No one ever came upstairs. Besides it's very noisy, even staying at the 5th floor! And the pool closes at 22h.

Standard hotel rooms with lots of space. Was not a fan of the 2 mattresses that make 1 full bed. It was easy to roll into the center and seperate the mattresses. The view from my room was obstructed unfortunately. Nice to have the option Of a balcony. The bar was small but worked for our group. Service can be very slow at times. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Did not have a bad meal the week I was here.

Great Hotel, great service, delicious food. Clean well-kept rooms. Great location. All for a good price. I would highly recommend.

Huh, not sure where to start. The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach, but this is about it. Apparently, the hotel was renovated, and terraces are still in that process. The lobby looks nice, and the personnel is amiable, but the room was such a disappointment. For 250EUR per night, I got a little tiny room (apparently, this was one of those so-called connecting rooms) without a mini-bar (there was a closet for it, but they just took it away). There was not even a bottle of water waiting for a guest, just an old water cooker, instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate powder, and two coffee/teacups. And this was it. There is no air conditioning in the room or any kind of ventilation apart from old fashioned terrace door. TV was there but facing the wrong direction. If you did not move it aside, you wouldn't be able to watch it from bed (but ok, this is not so important). Talking about this expensive "birdcage," there was quite some dust. You could see this in the air, and I did feel it as I am allergic to it. The bathroom looks very old, with a white bath curtain and super annoying white lights. There is only all in one (face. body/hair) wash and body lotion and soap from amenities—nothing else, in a so-called 4-star hotel. The beds have separated matrasses which I didn't mind this time. By the way, sleeping quality was good. Super tiny room, of course, was accommodated with a very tiny terrace too, overlooking parking and ugly roofs. Since I was part of a group (birthday weekend) we opened a bottle of wine, but we got only plastic cups and ice in a plastic bag. Due to COVID, you could not go for breakfast when you wish as there are few timeslots. Breakfast is ok, but it`s still served as a buffet, so it was quite crowded. The hotel apparently has a pool but I did not use it as I was there only one night. Overall, I would not recommend this as it`s expensive but do not offer anything for this price.

The place should be closed as soon as possible. Du not trust the images on the website. The balcony are wrecked and places of construction. The corridors are filthy ans haven’t been renovated since the 90ties.

Its a nice place. Clean, friendly employees, nice pool and two saunas. It smells nice When you come into the hotel. However, its pretty dark in the entrance area. The cleaning of the room Was difficult. The employees did not manage to clean the room befor 1 pm. We had a small child who had to take a nap, so our room was uncleaned and stayed sandy from the beach. We stayed a week. We got clean towels and Coffee as needed. However, there were not enough hooks in the bathroom for the used towels. The water for the Toilette was not working right. However, we had a great view to the ocean. The breakfast at Salt Bistro Was delicious. We missed Desinfektion on each floor befor entering the elevator. There Was just some in the lobby. Employees were very kids friendly.
