★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad, everything except the hard working staff. We had to wait at least 15 Min for our drinks, we had to say twice that we had a malfunction on our lane. And we had an eating arrangement afterwards. We had to wait about 30 Min for our food while they knew we would sit down after bowling and they didn't take our drinks orders untill the food was on the table and was eventually delivered when almost everyone was finished with their food. My hamburger was of ok quality but I had one slice of pickle on it and one slice of tomatoe and no dressing on my (salad) if you could call it that with again one slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber. Never again. My conclusion is not enough staff and no plan of how to organise a good evening. And also somehow a lady decided to chance her baby's pampers right in front of us in the restaurant area, you know just to add to our super interesting evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems quite expensive (29 EUR for 1 hour on a Sunday night). Staff is overworked, stressed out and of course quite unfriendly. The alleys seem to have quite some flaws (pins shaking/tipping over randomly), but our 2 games were still very fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the Palace Promenade. There are some amusement games like air-hockey. Moonlight-disco bowling was fun here. I actually prefer normal lighting for better visibility but it's a fun way to throw some strikes. Staff here is friendly, drinks were served fast enough. Nice, we had a good time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a non-empty beer pilcher taken by a staff guy, went to take it back, next thing I know this guy approaches me and tells me to stay calm or I am out of here ?? I did nothing but take our stuff back, and actually refrained from telling the guy what I thought of his work's quality. Never had such a rude service. Also the place is ridiculously expensive. Find alternatives, save money and frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't judge on the bowling alley itself because I rarely ever bowl but the staff seemed overworked, chaotic service, our tab was not correct (way too many drinks added) and if we ordered, we were lucky if it all came through. I don't blame the runners, they were friendly and keen to fix things, but the managers were just plain rude and should stick to bowling instead of running a business.
