I have asked for two bikes...some days after that a friend of mine wrote and ordered 10 of them..they have answered immediately...makes you wonder...nevertheless this is not the way to do business...have found a different place , binkbikes, and they were actually kind enough to take me as a client;))...from now on I will ignore this place just as much as they have ignored me...
M	Miguel Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very kind and the rental cost was also affordable. It took me a bit to find the place because it's inside a bookstore/café. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Secondly, my bike broke and was not moving, their response was to bring it to there shop!!!!, after I said that I could not do that, they said that they would pick it up, but I waited for 5 hours!!!!! Lastly, there customer services is not great too, I played a “broken telephone” game with stuff and boss. After talking to boss I had a great answer that he’s busy working!!!( Sorry, but that’s your job too). At the end he gave me coffee with cake, but it was totally not worth the time, nerves, and also money!(cause I had to pay for their! broken bike).
M	Miss Porridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite confusing because when stood outside there is literally nothing to say they rent bikes so at first we were't sure we had the right place! The atmosphere inside is lovely; a really cosy bookstore with hot drinks and cake for sale. Staff were helpful and friendly. bike rental 12.50€ for a full day, no deposit and uncomplicated to arrange.
R	Robin Drei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but bikes have only rear brakes and are not in the best condition. Also you can not rent the bikes for 24h or 1 1/2 days you habe to return either on the same day at 8pm or 10am in the next morning.
L	Lena Ortmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy going bike rental shop with hidden gem in the back! After you have brought back your bike, enjoy a cup of coffee in the back garden, it is so lovely! Especially recommended if your day trip might last longer since it is open longer than the other bike rentals. 2 bikes per day 25€. We had no complications :)
V	Victoria Elgersma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father rented a bike from here in mid-August and the quality of bike and service was unsatisfactory. He was given a bike that was obviously too small for him and the employee did not even attempt to help in resizing the bike to make it a bit more comfortable for him. As a result, his right hip became sore and consequently it was difficult for him to walk the following days (unusual for him, a fit man). This was mentioned to employees at the store, but they were extremely dismissive and did not seem to care. Additionally, the rear lock on his bike was broken so he was forced to pay an additional €5 for a lock for the bike. There are plenty of good quality bike rental shops in Den Haag and Scheveningen, please stay away from here.
L	LOKUM PUSKEVICIUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice coffee and a rest place you cannot understand they hire bikes ? They are so sweet and helpful so you can hire your bikes and get a coffee. Its 12,5 € / day if i havent forgotten.
