I know it's a second hand bike but still for 120 euros the back wheel got flat (I was charged) and they replaced with a tire which also got open and exposed after a few months. I would say high prices and low quality products. I would never service my bike here. Edit: This is the reply to the response. The tire which got replaced got flat within a year becasue very small holes started to appear in the tube in many places due to low quality of tube (not because of any puncture). The reason I didn't come back for fixing the bike here is becasue I got a low quality service in the first place so It seemed like a scam that I get a low quality tube then I have to come back to fix it within a year after I also fixed it within a month after purchase of the bike? I also have to add I was called and was asked to remove my review by the BinkBikes, which I think is very inappropiate. I could priovide all the evidence that shows what I've written here was exact reflection of what happened in my case.

My personal bike did receive a full maintenance by one of the team members and I've never had anybody work so diligently and thorough on it. We've been having a great experience, Jan, Bianca and their team are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helpful. Jan is always coming up with great ideas when you talk to him about what you want with your bike, and has suggestions to make your experience even better. This year, Binkbikes is also offering cargo bike rental and we'll be making use of their service to go an a big tour. Bianca has been so very thoughtful in thinking with us, it has brought smiles to our family. Highly recommended service, great bikes, and maintenance on the bikes is top-notch!
