★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great concept!! You rent a bike and when it's broken they fix it and you get a replacement bike. When it's stolen you pay a small own risk fee. The service is outstanding, also on Facebook Messenger I get really quick and efficient replies. Ending my contract (I moved abroad) was super easy too even though my lock was broken. Thank you so much!

Bike delivered not in great order, flat tyres, could barely turn gears, no cargo straps, light off centre and little care with ensuring seat height was good (was way too low ). Cancelled subscription on day one, was charged 2 months and they will not/do not collect the bike. Not open weekends. No idea how to return. I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It several days took to get my bike because they didn't have enough ones for the moment.
Then without any reason they changed 3(!) times my tariff from student to regular one and I had to confirm 3 times that I'm still a student!!!
After my bike was stollen (also note, they will never return money, even if they'll find your bike), I canceled subscription. But later found out that they charged me one month more "Due to the one month notice period", when I was not using any bike the whole month, and no-one ever told me about it.
Can advise everyone just to buy any cheap bike, this “service” is not worth any money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 month delay on the given delivery time.. I got informed after I contacted to ask. Sadly unreliable in this sense, perhaps if I had been better informed I wouldn't have been placed into such terrible conditions due to the lack of communication. They do reply relatively quick to emails.
Edit: they took the effort to reply, more than I've thought they would ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend to rent a bike with this company. I rented a bike with them a month ago and I didn't received anything. Also, they charge you the monthly fee even if you didn't receive the bike and the worst thing is that you try to contact them at any time and they didn't reply to your emails, whatsapps or calls. Even if you go to the store to solve your problem they just redirected you to keep calling and sending useless messages that they will never read neither reply.
I do not use to write bad reviews about any company but their customer service has been so awful that I lost my patience. I just hope they cancel my contract as soon as possible so I can stop losing my money and my time.
PD: look for another renting bike company in your city or buy a second-handed bike.
