Minpunt: slechte bereikbaarheid; telefonisch vaak niet bereikbaar en dan doorverbonden worden naar externe telefoondienst die vervolgens of A) ook niet bereikbaar zijn of B) doorgeven dat ik teruggebeld moet worden wat vervolgens weer niet gebeurt. Weinig klantvriendelijk wat dat betreft en irritant.
 Very patient friendly and open minded. Con: poor accessibility; often not reachable by telephone and then being transferred to an external telephone service that either A) is also not available or B) informs me that I have to be called back which then does not happen again. Little customer friendly in that regard and irritating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Biologische Tandarts heeft mijn verwachtingen waargemaakt. De, wat mij betreft modernere visie van de, holistische tandheelkunde of biologische tandheelkunde spreekt mij zeer aan. Gevolgen hebben een oorzaak (vaak elders in het lichaam) en het is eigenlijk logisch dat daar naar gezocht wordt om het op te lossen. In de reguliere tandheelkunde heb ik ervaren dat vaak alleen het gevolg/symptoom bestrijd wordt en de oorzaak niet onderzocht en opgelost wordt.
The Biological Dentist has lived up to my expectations. The more modern view of holistic dentistry or biological dentistry appeals to me. Consequences have a cause (often elsewhere in the body) and it actually makes sense to look for them to solve them. In regular dentistry I have experienced that often only the consequence / symptom is combated and the cause is not investigated and resolved.
