Ik contacteerde Kristof, eergisteren via whatsapp, ivm plakband die kleeft op spuitkurk. Hij gaf mij onmiddellijk een website door waar ik die kon kopen. Toen ik hem vroeg of die ook in de doe-het-zelf zaken te krijgen is liet hij weten dat dit waarschijnlijk niet het geval is maar dat hij de volgende dag in Gent moest zijn en dat hij een rolletje kon afdroppen! Toevallig moest ik die dag ook in Gent zijn voor een restaurant afspraak en Kristof heeft de rol bij het onthaal van het restaurant afgegeven en die lag dus te wachten op mij toen ik er om 12h30 toekwam. Dit is een staaltje van uitzonderlijke service vind ik en ik wou dit aan jullie laten weten.
