Wir haben wohl nicht alles gesehen was ich vorher schon auf den Fotos hier bei Googel bewundert habe, wahrscheinlich weil wir den Traumweg entlang gingen , dieser sollte nur 10 Kilometer lang sein . Reichte dachten wir. Wegen eines Dammbruchs gab es dann eine Umleitung. Irgendwann kam dann eine Kreuzung und die Beschilderung war ab da mehrmals nicht vorhanden. Wir mussten dann den Rest an der Strasse entlang laufen das war doof . Am Auto angekommen hat mein Kilometerzähler nur 5 Kilometer angegeben. Wir kommen wieder und laufen dann mal irgendwie anders und hoffen die grosse Runde ist komplett ausgeschildert. Beautiful there. What we saw was really quaint. We probably didn't see everything that I had already admired in the photos here at Googel, probably because we were walking along the dream path, which should only be 10 kilometers long. We thought it was enough. Because of a breach of the dam, there was a diversion. At some point there was an intersection and the signs were not there several times. We then had to walk the rest of the way along the street that was stupid. When I got to the car, my odometer only showed 5 kilometers. We'll be back and then run somehow differently and hope the big round is completely signposted.
R	Rene Hilgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Landschaft mit tollen Wanderwegen. Zu jeder Jahreszeit zu empfehlen. Very beautiful landscape with great hiking trails. Recommended in every season.
D	D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön zum Laufen. Als ich da war, war leider der Gasthof und die Naturschutz Info geschlossen. Very nice for running. Unfortunately, when I was there, the inn and the nature conservation information were closed.
N	Niers 432 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 km Wanderung, die im Flachland zu den bergigen zählt. Unterschiedliche Baumarten, optische Reize, siehe Fotos, sogar kostenlos angebotene Äpfel bei einer Hütte, im Regen-Herbst war der Boden natürlich ziemlich matschig, deshalb sind wasserfeste Schuhe angebracht. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch hier. 14 km hike, which is one of the mountainous in the lowlands. Different types of trees, optical charms, see photos, even free apples at a hut, in the rainy autumn the ground was of course quite muddy, so waterproof shoes are advisable. We look forward to our next visit here.
J	J.A.C. G & B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Schönes Fleckchen Natur - ein sehr naturbelassenes Stück Wald mit auffallend vielen Kiefern, umgeben von nicht wirklich schönen Neubaugebieten mit Steingärten. Obwohl die Zivilisation soh nah ist, war es sehr ruhig und man konnte dem Vogelkonzert sehr gut lauschen. Hübsch ist hier auch der Kreuzweg, der zu einer kleinen Wallfahrtskapelle im Wald führt. Dort gibt es auch einige Bänke zum Rasten. Auf einer Anhöhe liegt ein Waldfriedhof mit Kapelle. Beim Friedhof kann man auch parken. Die Wege sind mit einem Knotenpunktsystem beschildert. Kein Ausflugsziel, aber wenn man dort wohnt, ein schönes Naherholungsgebiet und eine gute Flucht vor den Steingärten, würde ich sagen. A beautiful piece of nature - a very natural piece of forest with a striking number of pine trees, surrounded by not really beautiful new development areas with rock gardens. Although civilization is so close, it was very quiet and you could listen to the bird concert very well. The Way of the Cross, which leads to a small pilgrimage chapel in the forest, is also pretty here. There are also some benches to rest on. On a hill is a forest cemetery with a chapel. You can also park at the cemetery. The paths are signposted with a junction system. Not a tourist destination but if you live there, a nice local recreation area and a good escape from the rock gardens I'd say.
