★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Mischung aus "einfach mal zuhören" (was viele Ärzte leider verlernt haben), ein sehr umfangreiches Wissen insbesondere im Bereich der alternativen Medizin, gepaart mit sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnet Herrn Nießen aus.
Auch wenn Ärzte "mit ihrem Latein am Ende" sind, konnte mir hier vor einiger Zeit sehr geholfen werden. Seither konnte ich durch Herrn Nießen viele positive Impulse und interessante Aspekte, auch im Bereich der Ernährung, erhalten bzw. erlernen. Dabei bleibt alles immer auf dem Boden der Tatsachen und driftet nicht ins Esotherische, was einfach nicht meine Welt ist.
Termine erhalte ich über die Vergabeseite zeitnah. Im übrigen ist er auch außer der Reihe sehr gut erreichbar...
 A mixture of "just listening" (which many doctors have unfortunately forgotten), a very extensive knowledge, especially in the field of alternative medicine, paired with a lot of empathy is what distinguishes Mr. Nießen.
Even though doctors are "at the end of their game", I was helped a lot here some time ago. Since then, I have received and learned many positive impulses and interesting aspects from Mr. Nießen, also in the field of nutrition. Everything always stays on the ground of the facts and does not drift into the esoteric, which is simply not my world.

Ich war wegen ständiger Nackenverspannungen, Schulterschmerzen und Kopfschmerzen bei Herrn Niessen in der Praxis. Ich war die Schmerztabletten leid. Herr Niessen zeigte mir Übungen, die ich zuhause anwenden konnte und behandelte meinen Nacken und meine Schultern. Mir geht es jetzt viel besser und ich kann einen Bürotag wieder gut durchalten. Vielen Dank.

I went to Mr. Niessen's practice because of constant neck tension, shoulder pain and headaches. I was tired of the pain pills. Mr. Niessen showed me exercises that I could do at home and treated my neck and shoulders. I'm much better now and I can get through a day at the office again. Many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich erhielt 2015 die niederschmetternde Diagnose Multiple Sklerose. Mir kam direkt der Gedanke "Deine Lebenspläne kannst Du einpacken", "Das Leben ist vorbei" und "Bald sitzt Du im Rollstuhl". Die Ärzte wollten mich direkt mit einer Basistherapie behandeln, so nach dem Motto, es gibt nur diesen Weg: Immunsystem unterdrücken, mit all den heftigen Nebenwirkungen, wie PML, wenn man Pech hat und diese seltene Nebenwirkung erfährt. Ich bin ein Kandidat für seltene Nebenwirkungen in Beipackzetteln und suchte verzweifelt Alternativen. Chemie, sagte ich mir, kann ich immer noch nehmen. Herr Niessen analysierte mit mir all die möglichen Umweltfaktoren und Ursachen, die bei meiner Erkrankung eine Rolle spielen. Wir haben dann alle Lebensmittel sortiert: einmal die, die gut für mich waren und die anderen, die schlecht für mich waren. Ergänzend habe ich spezielle Mittel aus der Biochemie erhalten. Wir haben meinen Schlafplatz und meinen Büroarbeitsplatz optimiert (Elektrosmog, Gegenmaßnahmen zu Bildschirmarbeit). Er begleitet mich seit 2015 mit Rat und Tat. Ich habe meine Ernährung mittlerweile komplett umgestellt und fühle mich sehr gut. Ich habe seit der Diagnose 2015 keinen neuen Schub gehabt und als Nebeneffekt noch fast 20 kg abgenommen. Hätte ich mich damals anders entschieden, würde ich jetzt "schwere" Medikamente nehmen.

The doctors wanted to treat me directly with a basic therapy, according to the motto, there is only this way: suppress the immune system, with all the severe side effects, such as PML, if you are unlucky and this rare side effect. I'm a candidate for rare side effects in leaflets and desperately looking for alternatives. Chemistry, I told myself, I can still take it. Mr. Niessen analyzed with me all the possible environmental factors and causes that play a role in my illness. We then sorted all the food: once the ones that were good for me and the ones that were bad for me. In addition, I have received special funds from biochemistry. We have optimized my sleeping place and my office workstation (electrosmog, countermeasures for screen work). He accompanies me since 2015 with words and deeds. I have changed my diet completely and feel very good. Since the diagnosis in 2015, I have not had a new boost and as a side effect lost almost 20 kg. Had I decided otherwise, I would now take "heavy" medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend. Ich war bei Herrn Niessen mit meinem 3 jährigen Sohn, wegen Schmerzen in den Füßen. Wir waren 20 Minuten drin, Herr Niessen hat sich nicht Mal meinen Sohn aus der Nähe angeschaut, geschweige den abgetastet. Er hat sich auf die Liege hingesetzt und gab uns nur Empfehlungen was man für Nahrungsergänzungsmittel einnehmen könnte. Als er merkte dass ich mich auf dem Gebiet auskenne und wir diese schon längst einnehmen war er fertig. 80 Euro für nichts! Die hätte ich lieber gespendet.
Very disappointing. I was with Mr. Niessen with my 3 year old son because of pain in my feet. We were there for 20 minutes, Mr. Niessen never looked at my son up close, let alone scanned him. He sat down on the lounger and only gave us recommendations on what kind of dietary supplements we could take. When he realized that I knew my way around and that we had been taking it for a long time, he was done. 80 euros for nothing! I would have preferred to donate it.

Zum Thema Ernährungsberatung hat Herr Niessen ein Wissen, das seinesgleichen sucht. Auch eine Behandlung zum Thema Prüfungsangst wurde sehr einfühlsam durchgeführt. Vielen Dank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit Ekzemen an beiden Händen in der Praxis. Das ist jetzt ca. 4 Wochen her. Meine Ekzeme sind zu 95 % weg. Man kann so gut wie nichts mehr sehen und es schuppt auch nicht mehr. Darüber bin ich sehr froh.
Wir hatten in der Praxis auch über die Arthrose-Erkrankung meines Mannes gesprochen, der sich vor Schmerzen kaum noch bewegen konnte. Nachdem ich wieder zuhause war, habe ich mit ihm gesprochen und nachdem er bestimmte Mittel eingenommen hat, geht es ihm viel besser. Er kann wieder laufen und die starken Entzündungen sind zurückgegangen.
I was in practice with eczema on both hands. That is about 4 weeks ago. My eczema is 95% gone. You can hardly see anything and it does not shed anymore. I am very happy about that.
In practice, we also talked about my husband's osteoarthritis, which was hardly able to move in pain. After I got back home, I talked to him and after he took certain remedies, he feels much better. He can walk again and the strong inflammations have gone down.

Sie waren damals nach der Behandlung durch Herrn niessen nach kurzer Zeit ganz weg.
Meine akuten Schmerzen in der hüfte sind jetzt nach der Behandlung in der Praxis und den Übungen, die ich für zu Hause bekommen habe, so gut wie weg.
Ich bin wieder einmal sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung.
Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und einfühlsamer Mensch. Kann gut zuhören.
Konnte von seinem Wissen über Ernährung ebenfalls profitieren.
