They preferred not to make a sale for their employer and he probably does not know that these things happen. A store in the Netherlands where all the Dutch shopkeepers are so nice and warm while this shop has rude service employees who mainly speak german or VERY BAD english. We have visited the shop on 1st July 2021 in the afternoon.
