Bei einer Reklamation (ein Druck auf einem T-Shirt löste sich bereits nach einer Wäsche) wurde ich wieder fort geschickt mit der Aussage, ich solle mich per E-Mail an den Support wenden und das T-Shirt nach Italien schicken. Kundenservice in der Preisregion sieht für mich anders aus (auch im Outlet-Center).
Unfortunately, the price does not reflect the quality. In the event of a complaint (a print on a T-shirt came off after just one wash), I was sent away with the statement that I should contact support by email and send the T-shirt to Italy. Customer service in the price region looks different to me (also in the outlet center).
