Sophie is een stijlvolle Bistro, met een warme ambiance, met linnen gedekte tafels en een intieme bar, waaraan u de avond kunt beginnen met een amuse, biertje, cocktail of een glas bubbels. Daarna begeleiden we u naar de Bistro waar u ontspannen kunt genieten van onze originele gerechten. Bij Sophie koken we met kwaliteitsproducten en dikke smaken.
U kunt à la carte bestellen of uzelf laten verrassen door ons Chef's menu. Ons team verzorgt voor u een borrel of een heerlijk diner.
Onze bar is ook uitermate geschikt om na te genieten met een speciale koffie, een biertje of een ander digestief.

Openingstijden
Onze openingstijden zijn van maandag t/m zaterdag vanaf 16.00 uur, op zondag zijn we gesloten.
Wij zijn dit jaar van 8 t/m 21 augustus gesloten wegens vakantie.

Honden
Bij Bistro Sophie zijn honden niet toegestaan. Dogs are not allowed at Bistro Sophie.
Parkeren
Sophie is gesitueerd in het centrum van Eindhoven, op het gezellige Wilhelminaplein, vlakbij het PSV stadion en de Witte Dame.
Let u op: bij ons op het plein is parkeren alleen voor vergunninghouders. De beste optie is parkeergarage de Witte Dame.
Loop ook eens binnen bij onze Lucie Cocina Bar. In één stap ben je in Spanje. In de authentieke sfeer van een Cocina Bar. Klein maar fijn. Intiem, met alle ruimte voor het goede leven. Weg van de drukte, weg van de hectiek.

We had the surprise menu. 4 courses for 43 euros. Good value for money! I will definitely visit again. One of my me favorite restaurants.
