In januari 2002 opende Corinne Wouterse (samen met Jos van den Heuvel) de deuren van Boon Restaurant aan de Willemstraat in Eindhoven. Een aanwinst, want met de komst van Boon werd het gat tussen eetcafés en toprestaurants definitief gedicht: topkoks zorgen voor een internationaal karakter, maar staan ook garant voor enkele oer-Hollandse gerechten; de professionele bediening is gastvrij en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, maar wel op een ongedwongen manier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. I had the "surprise menu" - very nice. Duck was fresh (not left-over tasting) and cooked to perfection. Entrees, appetizers and deserts were creative and well presented. Not overly priced either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to dine that seems to be checking all the checkboxes: the ambience is cozy and pleasant, the staff friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, the prices more than reasonable for an upscale location and most importantly of course, the food is absolutely delicious.
The menu is not very extensive, but there is a handful of choices for each course, always including at least one vegetarian option. A full dinner (three or four courses) are offered in an attractive combination price.
