Perfectly cooked. The upside is that you also can order dishes which can be shared. Defently coming back during my next stay in Haag.

R	Ricardo Munsel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came with high expectations bit were deeply disappointed. What once was a beautiful dish was now degraded to a unprofessionally prepared dish. The veal liver was to thick and was still runny. I was so disappointed that they turned one of my favorite dishes into a dangerous disaster. Organ meat should never be runny with blood, it should be well cooked. The chef should have cut the liver into thinner slices. And then the beef bourguignon. Maybe there is a different chef or a different cook, but they should rewrite or check the original recipe. This dish in this restaurant was a lot better before. Now we had to chew on the meat whereas before the meat would almost melt in the mouth. For the two orders we got 1 tiny bowl of mashed patatoes and 1 tiny bowl of red cabbage. That was not enough. When we were almost finished they brought us another tiny bowl of red cabbage to which we were surprised. Not very well organized and not very well measured. We were a parry of four and we were all disappointed and decided this was the last time to visit the BIT Grill. Either change chefs or you will lose more customers who expect a certain standard that goes along with the prices charged.
S	Sergio A. Becerril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, not great meat. In general the food is tasty, but a grill should have outstanding meat I think. Drinks are fine. Service is OK as well. It was a busy night and they took a long time to bring the menu/take my order. Otherwise, fine. No indication as to what to do with my (very wet) coat, no hangers around the table either. At ~50€ per person it's not the most expensive place but the value isn't outstanding. Decent plane for a business meal though.
A	Ana Paula Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for dinner. The chicken was tasty and the butter cabbage was a nice surprise. The price is good (dinner w/ wine 30€) and the service is good. Recommend booking a table by the window so you can see the beautiful square & the lights.
