O	Olivia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is ideal, right in the centre of the town with easy access to the shops and local bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly (also very child-friendly). The room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty and the chef/staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only less positive aspect was that the room was too hot at night (but there was airconditioning, I just didn't use it as I was traveling with a child). Strongly recommend this hotel.
R	Russ Broomell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are average for the area- small but efficient. Shower and beds are very good and so this is a place where you will not mind spending time in your room. The breakfast is small but tasty. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and very professional. They made excellent recommendations on restaurants in the area. I will stay here again when I’m in town.

I was quoted one price on the site - 74 euros - but in the end I was charged 88, I asked for a bill but never received it, so I have no clue why the extra charges existed (probably city taxes?). Hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown, lots of shopping, restaurants and museums around. Parked at the parking garage they suggested and only paid 22.50 for 28 hours of parking. We stayed in room 202, while it was nicely renovated, it was nowhere near as nice as the photos of other rooms, it had a window that opened into another hotel room and a wall. The bathroom walls held no noise back. There was an A/C unit and a large tv. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and bilingual. They also fulfilled my request to separate the beds.

We couldn't order just a croissant and coffee in the restaurant in the morning: they insisted on us buying these items as part of a larger menu item. This just seemed silly and I ultimately went out to buy my coffee and croissant outside at a café and bring them back to the hotel.
