M	Marien de Clercq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit één van de mooiere campings in Zuid-Limburg, alleen al vanwege de ligging direct aan de Kleine Geul, de kleinschaligheid en het uitzicht op landerijen en heuvels. De eigenaresse neemt alle tijd om echt een mooi plekje voor je te vinden (waardoor je soms wel even moet wachten, maar het is vakantie toch?). Voor ons was dat mooie plekje op het stroomloze 'tentenveldje', maar we wilden toch wel graag stroom hebben. Toen heeft ze haar schoonzoon, die bezig was met de aanleg van elektra op een naastgelegen veldje, gevraagd om voor ons even als eerste het meest nabijgelegen elektriciteitspaaltje aan te sluiten, zodat wij toch stroom hadden! Op de camping loop je zo naar de oever van de prachtige Kleine Geul en vanuit de camping loop je via een "stegelke" zo de wandelpaden op. De douchemuntjes, waar sommigen het over hebben, zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen en als je er tekort komt kun je zo bij gaan halen. En het (heel) hete water bij de afwas is tegenwoordig gratis. In de week dat wij er waren is dat bovendien uitgebreid van één tappunt naar beide afwasbakken. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. This is one of the nicer campsites in South Limburg, if only because of its location directly on the Kleine Geul, the small scale and the view of farmlands and hills. The owner takes all the time to find a really nice spot for you (which means you sometimes have to wait a while, but it's a holiday, right?). For us that was a nice spot on the currentless 'tent field', but we still wanted to have electricity. Then she asked her son-in-law, who was installing electricity in a neighboring field, to be the first to connect the nearest electricity pole for us, so that we still had electricity! At the campsite you can walk to the banks of the beautiful Kleine Geul and from the campsite you can walk onto the hiking trails via a "stegelke". The shower tokens, which some people talk about, are included in the price and if you are short of them you can easily get them. And the (very) hot water with the dishes is now free. In the week that we were there, that was also expanded from one tap to both sinks. We had a wonderful week here.

Wij stonden op een nieuw aangelegd stuk camping met 10 amp stroom aansluitingen. Mooie ruime plaatsen. Water aftap punten zijn wel schaars (1 kraantje voor 8 plaatsen). De camping heeft volgens ons twee minpuntjes die overigens door de ligging ruimschoots gecompenseerd worden: 1. slechte WiFi en bereik 4G netwerk; 2. sanitair: a. wc papier zelf meenemen; b. douchen met muntjes. Verder wordt het sanitair dagelijks prima schoongemaakt!! In sommige reviews lees je iets negatiefs over de eigenaresse en haar dochter. Wij zijn hartelijk en vriendelijk ontvangen. Bij probleempjes wordt er direct naar oplossing gezocht. Top. Kortom een mooie camping en zeker een aanrader voor actieve vakantiegangers. A campsite in a beautiful setting. Hiking on beautiful paths and meadows. We were on a newly constructed site with 10 amp power connections. Beautiful spacious pitches. Water tapping points are scarce (1 tap for 8 places). In our opinion, the campsite has two drawbacks, which are more than compensated for by its location: 1. poor WiFi and 4G network coverage; 2. sanitary: a. bring your own toilet paper; b. shower with coins. Furthermore, the sanitary facilities are cleaned daily! In some reviews you read something negative about the owner and her daughter. We have been warmly and kindly received. In case of problems, solutions are immediately sought. Top. In short, a beautiful campsite and definitely recommended for active holidaymakers.

Prachtig terrein, midden in het zuidelijke Limburg, ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en MTB/fietstochten. Zéér goede communicatie via e-mail. Gewoon een aanrader! A really good campsite, open all year round. Heated toilets with coins, Pico Bello state. Beautiful terrain, in the middle of southern Limburg, ideal base for walks and MTB/cycling tours. Very good communication via email. Simply recommended!
