★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik train inmiddels meer dan een jaar bij Björn en hij heeft er niet alleen voor gezorgd dat ik resultaten boek en doelen haal: het is nog steeds erg leuk. Waar ik normaal, na een langere periode snel weer andere prioriteiten kreeg en afhaakte, motiveert hij op een goede manier dat je er lol en plezier in blijft hebben. Björn weet je uit te dagen, zonder als een drill-instructor te werk te gaan.
Zeker doen!
I have been training with Björn for more than a year and he has not only ensured that I achieve results and goals: it is still a lot of fun. Where I normally, after a longer period of time, quickly got other priorities and quit, he motivates in a good way that you continue to have fun and enjoy it. Björn knows how to challenge you, without working as a drill instructor.
