Door de kleine groepen, geduldige trainers en aanmoedigingen van iedereen gaat het steeds beter! Echt een aanrader! After a long thought (can I do this? I have no condition ... what will they not think of me ..) nevertheless made the move and I do not regret it! Because of the small groups, patient trainers and encouragements from everyone, things are getting better and better! Really recommended!

Ik was bang voor mannen in hemdjes en dat ik moeilijke oefeningen moest doen, maar dat is daar helemaal niet. Ik kan gewoon op mijn eigen niveau sporten en voor iedere oefening is er wel een variant die ik wel kan. En de sfeer is ook heel fijn en rustig. Super happy that I started exercising at Imbellem. I was afraid of men in shirts and that I had to do difficult exercises, but that is not there at all. I can just exercise at my own level and for every exercise there is a variant that I can. And the atmosphere is also very nice and calm.

Bij coaches Roel en Enzo ben je altijd van harte welkom voor een WOD of... gewoon om te socialisen. Beiden nemen ze je doelen serieus en zijn ze bereid om er samen met jou aan te werken. Crossfit Imbellem is a great box. There is a lot of space and it gives you a feeling of coming home. With coaches Roel and Enzo you are always very welcome for a WOD or ... just to socialize. They both take your goals seriously and are prepared to work with you on them.

De WODS worden gegeven aan maximaal 10 leden per les waardoor je altijd top kwaliteit en begeleiding krijgt! Er is altijd voldoende aandacht voor iedereen en er wordt goed gelet of je de oefeningen correct uitvoert! Twijfel je omdat je een blessure hebt, no worries-> Imbellem - Functional Fitness and Personal Training heeft een traject voor revalidatie waarmee ze mij en iedereen bij de personal trainingen en WODS maximaal begeleiden. Ik en iedereen kan er volop trainen en alles geven en ze hebben altijd rekening gehouden met mijn (tijdelijke) beperking door m'n blessure. Dit doen ze bij iedereen tot dat de blessure verholpen is. Ik had een schouderblessure die ik al een tijdje had en omdat alle oefeningen volledig worden aangepast naar wat ik wel kan, kan ik m'n schouder nu veel beter bewegen en gebruiken ? met full range of motion=volledige beweging in een gewricht (m'n schouder) is weer mogelijk! I had a shoulder injury that I had for a while and because all exercises are fully adapted to what I can do, I can now move and use my shoulder much better ? with full range of motion = full movement in a joint (m ' one shoulder) is possible again!
