β β β β β Little pricy, but insurance against any bike damage was included. Staff was helpful when i needed repair, gave us a student discount and a few bonus hours to ride. The bikes were working really well.

β β β β β If I could give 0 stars I would. Seeing as I never got a bike. I waited 20 minutes in their store while 1 man explained how to lock a bike for 20 minutes and the other employees even after I asked if anyone could help me literally waved me off. They were recommended by the W hotel and I would not recommend them to anyone.

β β β β β Great customer service. Bikes didn't have any issues the 2 days we rented. Can drop back at any franchise which is handy. I had the big one where 2 kids could be seated at the front. Kids had lots of fun.

β β β β β Great locations around the city to pick up and drop off the bikes. We went to the Vondelpark location which was great because I don't cycle, so going round the park help settle me into the swing of things!! Definitely a must for Amsterdam touring..

β β β β β Very practical to rent from there as you can drop the bike in many places around the city. The rental process was easy enough. The bike was the traditional Dutch one, nothing fancy, so the typical heavy by it was working well. The price for 24h is just a little bit more than 3h so we were very happy with that option.

β β β β β I like the service they are offering here. The registration was easy and they also explained everything along the way which made it pretty nice to know what are we dealing with when renting a bike.
They have a nice variety of bike. Since it was the first time riding a bike through Amsterdam we wanted traditional Dutch bikes with handbrakes. They also advised us that they also have pedal brake bikes but if we are not familiar with this we should rent the handbrakes ones. (of course the price was higher than with pedal brakes)
I really like that you can drop the bike at the end at any Black Bike Rental point in Amsterdam and since we biked through the whole city for 3h straight we hopped off near the train station. Very nice :D
