β β β β β It was a good, honest service, it came with a price $$$ but hey, they were good bikes, in good state. The first bike offered to me was not good, staff changed and we had a lovely time. Unfortunately we didn't work out how to use night lights neither it was explained properly. Luckly we got plenty of natural Iight. However, if you are renting and planning to ride at night, be careful, check and ask details, it is not very easy!

β β β β β Excellent place to rent bikes! Great customer service from Paolo, even when they were extremely busy he was very friendly and helped us out. When we found out that there were no more tandem rental bikes at this location (our fault for getting there late) he called the nearest shop of theirs and tracked one down within walking distance. It was a quick fix and we were very happy for all of their help! Definitely recommend!

β β β β β Great rental experience, great bike. Arrived here spontaneously, got a bike in less than 5 minutes. Easy to handle, 1-gear but ran very smooth. Two brakes that worked well and two locks that worked like a charm. Returned the bike again in less than 5 minutes. Can highly recommend!

β β β β β Rented a bike today for th whole day. Service was friendly, fast and easy. I don't know about the pricing as this was my first bike shop I stopped at as I did not want to waste limited time that I have here in Amsterdam.
Also few notes to take : bike does not have gears and the handle was not very comfortable as it is a cruser bike and making tight turns was not easy. ( I rented biked in all major European cities)
I'm leaving 4 star rating due to the following:
1. Insurance. It should be optional if I want it or not. Or please change your rental price to β¬13.75 as it is not β¬9. It is called false advertising.
2. I would advise to invest in key drop box and let customers return bikes at their own convenience. As a customer I should not be looking at the clock on when your store closes especially when there is so much to do in the city.

β β β β β The bikes were pretty good also its relatively cheap. you get to ride for 24 h and pay about 15β¬ for the cheapest bike. But that one has only a pedal brake. so you need some to before you get used to it if you dont normaly drive with that kind of bike

β β β β β Worst bikes in Amsterdam and worst bike I ever rode. Half broken, pedal is cranked, both wheels bent and brakes were not working. Hands down - worst bikes. No idea where the good rating comes from...

β β β β β It's Friday 7:30PM and I drop my U-lock mey on the ground. By the time I take notice of the disappearance of the key, the street cleaning machine had already eaten it. So, I googled how to brake a U-lock, obviously I don't have the right tools with me to accomplish this task. It's now 7:45PM and I google bike rental and find this store 280m away. So I ran to the store and the guy tells me he can't do anything unless I have the bike with me. I ran back to my bike, lifted it up and pushed it through the red-light district on one wheel.
He kindly removed my key missing lock and replaced it with a new one. 30 euros and 30min later my problem was fix!

β β β β β The stuff are really friendly and good at their job. Really easiest way to rent a bike. I think the best place in the town to get a bike. There are so sweet bike bells to buy and some other bicycle equipments like locks and phone holders. They gave me a phone holder as a gift.
