Het eerder gekochte buitenkleed was overigens ook een top aankoop! The two dining table lamps are really beautiful! I did make a black board for it myself to hide the wiring. The previously purchased outdoor rug was also a great purchase!

Omdat we zo enorm tevreden waren met de look van de eerste lichting weer nieuwe besteld voor in de gang/ inloopkast. Beide leveringen duurden langer als op de website werd vernoemd, maar dat is in deze coronaperiode niet zeldzaam. BLIJBLIJ! Very happy with the supplied hanging lamps and ceiling lamp for the bedroom! Because we were so very satisfied with the look of the first batch, we ordered new ones for the hallway / walk-in closet. Both deliveries took longer than stated on the website, but that is not rare in this corona period. HAPPY!

Tijdens het bestellen van een mooie grote lamp gekozen voor verzenden via Postnl, dit omdat een aantal koeriersbedrijven zoals DPD ons adres niet kennen. Jammer genoeg heeft Merel in Wonderland dit zelf veranderd en toch aan DPD besteed. Met als gevolg dat het pakketje nu al 2 weken heen en weer jojo't tussen distributiecentra en bezorger. Daarop gevraagd of er misschien vast een andere lamp wel via postnl kon worden gestuurd maar dit was niet mogelijk als de andere niet retour is gekomen. Dit is niet erg klantgericht helaas! Vervolgens krijg ik wel een mail met hoe bevalt je aankoop en wil je ons een review geven.... welke aankoop? Die wel al betaald is maar nog steeds nooit is aangekomen? Jammer want we hadden nog veel meer willen shoppen voor onze nieuwe woning, maar zo bindt je geen klanten aan je. Unfortunately not a good experience with Merel in Wonderland. When ordering a nice large lamp, I chose to ship via Postnl, because a number of courier companies such as DPD do not know our address. Unfortunately Merel in Wonderland changed this herself and still spent it on DPD. As a result, the package has been yo-yoing back and forth between distribution centers and deliverer for 2 weeks now. Then asked if maybe another lamp could be sent via PostNL, but this was not possible if the other one did not return. This is not very customizable unfortunately! Then I will receive an email with how do you like your purchase and do you want to give us a review.... which purchase? Who has already been paid but still never arrived? Too bad because we would have liked to shop a lot more for our new home, but you don't bind customers to you that way.

Zeer vriendelijk geholpen komen zeker nog eens langs voor andere lampen, geen eenheids worst zoals in andere winkels. Are very happy with our purchases 1 ceiling lamp and 2 table lamps, a picture in our bedroom. Very friendly help will definitely come again for other lamps, no unit sausage as in other stores.

Het lichteffect is, zelfs met een variabel instelbare ledlamp niet zo te zien als afgebeeld, maar desondanks ben ik heel blij met deze lampen. Aanrader. Nice webshop. Beautiful products. Delivery is fast and communication is good. Items were packed very well. Even with a variably adjustable LED lamp, the light effect is not as visible as shown, but I am very happy with these lamps. Recommended.
