De fietsen staan ruim opgesteld waardoor ik in alle rust mijn nieuwe fiets kon uitzoeken. voelde me erg op me gemak. Ook de service is top na de verkoop van mijn nieuwe fiets! Very satisfied with the way I am treated in this store. The bicycles are spacious, so that I could find my new bike in peace. I felt very comfortable. The service is also top after the sale of my new bike!

Kwam voor een simpele vraag de winkel binnen over het monteren van pedalen op racefietsen. Maar de desbetreffende persoon 'voelde zich niet genoodzaakt om informatie' te geven. Ik heb als beginner niet bijster veel verstand van zaken en wilde simpelweg wat informatie inwinnen. Ik zet nooit meer een voet binnen in ieder geval. Daar zullen zij zeker niet wakker van liggen, maar dat ze pretenderen 'vakkundig en professioneel advies' te geven is pertinent onjuist. For a company that, in its own words, provides 'expert and professional advice', I have come home from a pretty cold fair. Popped into the shop for a simple question about mounting pedals on road bikes. But the person in question "didn't feel compelled to give any information." As a beginner I am not very knowledgeable and simply wanted to gather some information. I will never set foot in there again. They will certainly not lose sleep over this, but that they pretend to give 'expert and professional advice' is completely incorrect.

Inmiddels hebben we de keuze gemaakt. We fietsen nu rond op een Qwic e-bike. De verkoper vond ons een leuk stel, fijn om te horen! Volgende keer weer naar deze winkel echt een aanrader! Good help clear explanation about the bikes. Now take a test drive and make a good choice. I think it will be a Qwic e-bike... We have now made the choice. We are now cycling around on a Qwic e-bike. The seller thought we were a nice couple, nice to hear! Definitely recommend going to this store next time!

This is a high end bike shop but as a novice rider with an older bike they took the time to not only repair my bike but let me watch so I had a better Idea of what I was doing if I needed to fix it myself in the future. Prices are very fair considering the high quality items you are purchasing. I highly recommend these guys for your maintenance needs.
