Ik ben hier naar binnen gelopen om advies in te winnen over een probleem dat ik heb met een scooter. Ik tref 2 medewerkers aan die binnen in de winkel roken waaraan ik een aantal vragen stel over mijn probleem. De medewerker lijkt totaal geen zin te hebben om mij te helpen maar eerder om weer te kunnen gaan zitten om te roken. Dat blijkt uit de manier waarop hij nauwelijks antwoord geeft op mijn vragen en mij eerder te kijk probeert te zetten. Wellicht is dit een goede zaak om een fiets te kopen maar probeer er niet om advies te vragen want dat interesseert ze niets.
I walked in here to get advice on a problem I am having with a scooter. I find 2 employees smoking inside the store to whom I ask a number of questions about my problem. The employee doesn't seem to want to help me at all, but rather to be able to sit down again to smoke. This is apparent from the way in which he hardly answers my questions and rather tries to expose me. Maybe this is a good thing to buy a bike, but don't try to ask for advice because they don't care.

Niet alleen was het zeer vriendelijke personeel van Van Rijswijk na een lange zoektocht van vele fietsenmakers degene die zei yep, dit kunnen we voor je fixen maar was ook nog de reparatie dezelfde dag al gerepareerd!
Not only was the very friendly staff of Van Rijswijk after a long search of many bicycle mechanics the one who said yep, we can fix this for you, but the repair was also repaired the same day!

This store is much more expensive compared to the others and they do not consider customer satisfaction that much. I do not recommend it.

Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. Never offer help just approach me and asked if I was looking for something. When I asked for a nformation and help got really cold answer and then got told by the employee that he was too busy to help. Worst customer service seen in a long time. Better shop online then seek for help of rude staff.

Arrogant boy , thinking they know everything., sold me part with confidence that it would fit to my scooter, which it didn't.wasted my money . Thanks.. better not go there if ur foreigner, they will look at you like your a monkey from a cave with 0 intelligence

Worst service ever! I just wanted to change my rear wheel and it should only take a day. In the end I kept waiting for a week and was charged 120€. For my older bike, only a 50 Euro wheel could be found. I agreed on that. When I came to the workshop the next day, the wheel hadn't arrived yet. This was the case on the following 3 days aswell. Additionally the mechanic noticed, after I had already waited for 2 days, that my old sprocket would not fit on the new wheel and that I would have to buy a new sprocket from him. Furthermore I asked whether he could adjust my brakes, what he affirmed. Then the shop stayed closed for sunday and monday. Maybe my bike was ready on tuesday, so I it would have taken exactly one week, but I do not know, becaus I had left Tilburg for some days. After returning, my bike was ready. Including material prices, the exchange of the rear wheel cost me 97 Euro. In addition, I was charged 20 Euro for adjusting the brakes, which I find outrageous. For the adjustment of the brakes I need 10 minutes just by myself and as compensation of the long waiting time I would have expected,a reduced price at least. I already had my front wheel replaced in another workshop for a total of 37 Euro and the brakes were adjusted free of any charge. Additionally, when the wheel was changed, the settings of the dynamo were not adjusted, which did not surprise me at all when I noticed it. Update for early 2020: 6 month after the rear wheel was installed, which I paid 97 € for, it broke. The rear wheel I had installed before lasted more than 40 years.

After visiting couple of services in Tilburg I can tell you is the best service for your bike. Very fast, employees explain very careful how works part to be sure everything is clear. They not treat customers like idiot (gigabikes is nice example of how bad servitants can are). I recommend because of: fast repairs, nice and clear for both sides transaction. Wish more services be like this one!
