★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werkelijk nog nooit zo'n slechte service ervaren. Online besteld in december 2021 voor de feestdagen met als mogelijkheid "ophalen in de winkel".
Arrogante medewerker, slechte service en niet meedenkend.
Contact gehad met hoofdkantoor en die zouden het wel even oplossen zeiden ze...
We zijn meer dan een maand verder en nog steeds geen geld retour gekregen. Pakket is zoek geraakt bij blokker terwijl ik een afleverbewijs heb. Zouden het geld binnen 10 dagen terugstorten, nooit iets ontvangen. Hopeloze bende die het duidelijk niet op orde hebben, nooit meer blokker.
Really never experienced such bad service. Ordered online in December 2021 for the holidays with the option of "pick up in store".
Arrogant employee, poor service and not thinking along.
Contacted head office and they would sort it out, they said...
It is over a month later and we still have not received a refund. Package has been lost at blok while I have proof of delivery. Would refund the money within 10 days, never received anything. Hopeless bunch who clearly don't have it in order, never block again.
