★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had zo'n twee jaar geleden bij deze Blokker een koekenpan van Tefal gekocht . De onderste laag was er spontaan afgevallen. Ondanks dat de garantie was verlopen heb ik toch een nieuwe pan mee gekregen. Fantastische service van de bedrijfsleidster! Bedankt.
About two years ago I bought a Tefal frying pan from this Blokker. The bottom layer had spontaneously fallen off. Although the warranty had expired, I still got a new pan. Fantastic service from the manager! Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je een artikel besteld op internet en je komt het ophalen, dan is dat artikel er gewoon niet. Keuze: geld terug of bij betalen voor een ander artikel. Niet even kijken naar de klant die hier benadeeld is, nee... alleen het belang van Blokker. Uiteindelijk zelf de klantenservice maar gebeld. Wij mogen nu naar Velserbroek om het artikel op te halen... Zéér slechte service.
If you order an item on the internet and you come to pick it up, that item is simply not there. Choice: money back or additional payment for another item. Don't just look at the customer who is disadvantaged here, no ... just the interests of Blokker. Eventually called customer service myself. We are now allowed to go to Velserbroek to pick up the article ... Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad. Workers are almost always irritated and I even don’t want to ask them a question, because of their faces. Couple of times I even was a witness of an incident with other clients. The workers, especially guys were very rude with one lady.
Also often the prices are not listed on the products.
