★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service. De jongen die aan het werk was kwam naar me toe om te vertellen dat een soortgelijk product (zoals die in mijn hand) in de aanbieding was. Kan ik als geldloze student enorm waarderen!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winkel is nog net zo vol en rommelig als voor heen ik was er al jaren niet meer binnen geweest, het is net een uitdragerij. Waarom ze de VVV bonnen niet als geldig betaalmiddel zien begrijp ik niet helemaal. Er staat op de website dat je er mee kunt betalen. Maar er worden voor dat bedrag geen poppetjes van de leeuwinnen gegeven. En het ging toch om een bedrag van 160,00 euro. Dus in het vervolg maar naar een klantvriendelijker winkel. Het is geen wonder dat ze tegen het failliet aan zitten.
Shop is just as full and messy as before I had not been in for years, it is just like a junk shop. I don't quite understand why they don't see the VVV vouchers as a valid payment method. It is stated on the website that you can pay with it. But no lion dolls are given for that amount. And it still amounted to 160.00 euros. So in the future but to a more customer-friendly store. It is no wonder that they are facing bankruptcy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bestelling die ik kwam ophalen, kwam in een 6 keer grotere doos dan nodig en zij stelden zelf voor om de doos er alvast af te halen, wat een hoop gesjouw scheelde. Mooie, opgeruimde winkel.
Friendly and helpful. The order I came to pick up came in a box 6 times larger than necessary and they proposed to take the box away in advance, which saved a lot of work. Beautiful, tidy shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wel een ruime winkel maar erg vol. Heel erg jong personeel, in mijn ogen bijna kinderen. Kwam daar met een kapot koffieapparaat, 1/2 jaar oud, had bon bij me. Heb uitgelegd wat er aan markeerde, waarna de beide jonge meiden, die de winkel bestierden, zich over het apparaat bogen om te kijken of het wel waar was wat ik vertelde. 1 van de dames ging met het apparaat naar boven om het aldaar uit te proberen terwijl de ander via Google probeerde uit te vinden wat er mogelijk aan zou mankeren. Na ongeveer een uur, kwamen de dames tot de conclusie dat het apparaat kapot was en voor reparatie opgestuurd moest worden. Het kon wel een maand duren. Het ging vrijdag a.s. met de vracht mee naar het distributie centrum en vandaar naar de leverancier. Een vervangend of leenapparaat werd niet aangeboden en er naar gevraagd niet aanwezig. Dus gedurende de reparatie geen koffie of een andere kopen. Al met al duurde het bijna 1 1/2 uur voordat ik weer buiten stond, zonder apparaat. Ook werd mij, ondanks dat ik gehandycapt ben, loop met krukken, geen stoel of andere zitplaats aangeboden. Ik mocht de hele tijd staan of hangen tegen de toonbank. Beste Service ?????
A spacious store but very full. Very very young staff, almost children in my eyes. Came there with a broken coffee machine, 1/2 year old, had bon with me. I explained what it was about, after which the two young girls who ran the store bent over the device to see if it was true what I told them. One of the ladies went upstairs with the device to try it out while the other one tried to find out what might be wrong with Google. After about an hour, the ladies came to the conclusion that the device was broken and had to be sent for repair. It could take a month. It went on Friday with the freight to the distribution center and from there to the supplier. A replacement or loan device was not offered and asked for not present. So do not buy coffee or another during the repair. All in all it took almost 1 1/2 hours before I was outside again, without a device. I was also offered, despite being handicapped, walking with crutches, no chair or other seat. I was allowed to stand or hang against the counter all the time. Best Service ?????
